It was going to be a perfect day for crusading, until Sweetie Belle never showed up. Apple Bloom and Scootaloo sit at a park bench and wait (im)patiently for her while they suffer an existential crisis.

You bastard you stole one of my ideas :rainbowlaugh:

I'm going to be mad stoked if I start reading this and it's a Waiting for Godot parody, because it definitely sounds like it.

3186604 It's more like inspired by Waiting for Godot than an outright parody.

And Sweetie Belle was just at the stop sign up the street, oblivious to the arguments that should have been heard.

What the heck did I just read?

Wait, was the pony with the box of chocolade Forest Gump?

“Apple Bloom, why are still sitting here?  It’s obvious she’s not going to show up,” Scootaloo said.  “We don’t have to be here.”

I think you missed a "we" between "are" and "still".

3195473 or a pony who escaped from an insane asylum claiming to be Forrest Gump.

That too...

Looks like I thought right in that that pony sounded Gump like.

Well, I can honestly say this was the nicest random story that I've ever read. Having that said, what was the point of it? (Although I can't help but wonder if that Cabbage Dance thing was a shout-out to Andy Kaufman.)
