Ahhhh thank you!! I actually did not proof read this XD My schedule is always packed with the things going on at Uni. This was completed and posted on a whim haha. I love these alternate designs for Twilight and Sunset (the dark blotches under Twilight's eyes are particularly eye catching, birthmarks perhaps?), I don't think I've ever seen them made into siblings before.
So Cadence has already reclaimed the Crystal Empire in this this AU even before Nightmare Moon's return?

Yeah I enjoyed the idea of redesigning the main cast in the past, the designs for the most part intricate (most of it can be found on much older art on my DeviantArt account). Though since life got busy, when this AU came to be I just gave them mush simpler but 'unique' enough redesigns so that I won't have to worry about spending too much time on drawing. They stayed close to the original canon for the most part, only changed enough to fit the idea of them being related to the royal bloodline ^^. The best thing about ponies is they can look so unique and different from all other ponies and still have small details that relate them to their relatives. Twilight and Sunset share a minimal amount of splotches in comparison to their aunt - Luna was the one that had the most of it. If you'd like to see I had drawings done of Luna several years ago that can be found here, here and here!
I'm glad you liked them!! I really wished I could pretty it up more but I had to choose between something less time consuming rather than something overly done that would take me forever to draw ;-; It's always nice to see them appreciated despite how not overly detailed they are <3
Also yes! Cadance has already reclaimed the Crystal Empire much earlier on. The timeline works so much more differently in this world, one of the most important points being that the Main7 started off as adolescents instead of the adults they were in canon. Certain things happened sooner, and certain others later. Cadance has her own story that is entirely different from canon ^^

You could say that. I wrote that one several years ago so it's slightly outdated with what I have planned out now ^^
It was meant to happen in the same universe, though with a large gap of time in between
I'll have to go back and rewrite that one eventually

I love this, the designs (although i dislike the curved horns :<), the characters, but I also dislike how we didn't meet the others of the mane 6 in this.

The curved horn is actually an important detail that will be applied later into the story, (every bit regarding their appearing is, really) so I hope it won't be too much of a hindrance for you to enjoy it ^^
Also don't worry, the Mane 6 will appear later on. That's why they are being sent away! This story will share some resemblances to the first ever MLP episode ^^

I find stories very similar to canon alternate universes pretty much a bore myself! Worry not, I have a whole Alternate Universe ahead of us planned out. There may be some similarities, but for the most part this is going to be its own story.

Not in this particular story. I do have something revealing that planned, but this fic it will focus on how the sisters will meet the rest of the crew, as well as how this Universe's version of the ultimate end of Nightmare Moon's tale with play out. So it's going to be a long while until the mystery of their births will be revealed.
