I'm about to info dump because I think this topic is really funny.
If you weren't aware, there's actually an entire rabbit hole to go down here. Getting "isekai'd" by being hit by a truck has been a trope of the genre and anime as a whole for a very long time, with many people tracing it back to Magical Princess Minky Momo in 1983 and some saying it goes all the way back to Astro Boy in 1963. Since then, it has basically been turned into an in-joke, since the cause of death tends to be irrelevant in many isekai stories (like in Konosuba, where the protagonist dies of shock after mistaking a slow-moving tractor for a truck instead). I was just paying homage to dear old "Truck-kun."

I've never actually watched an Isekai anime sadly. Mostly cause I can't find one that looks interesting enough to at least try. Anime does this better for sure from the few clips I've seen.
