This story made me think of a scenario where a newly-founded sex workers union comes before Celestia and Luna to protest the influx of a ton of Changelings, who are immune to STDs, desperately eager for sex, and can be anyone you'd want them to be.

I felt like it be fitting that the first hole Spike's virgin rod gets to fill be Thorax's since his first time his hole got plowed was by Thorax.
