If ya do perhaps put it at the top. Rather know before I start reading then learn after I’ve read and thus questioning along the whole chapter. At least for the cannon chapters for the non cannon don’t need no time frame really since they aren’t really ‘apart’ of the story.

I like this a lot. Side stories are a great way of world building and character development. I really want to see chapters about their movie nights together, especially the ones when they watched Star Wars, Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings.

Problem is I've never seen that, just heard bits and pieces about it. Not sure I'll watch it, though.
But his story in this history lesson is nothing like is the other story. I can understand keeping the unknown means of his arrival a secret considering that before him they didn't get a decent person and whoever they were cause trouble. But it is nice knowing that he will eventually say yes.
I can understand Artemis being a ponied vehicle if there were just ponies in iit, but given it had a mix of species on board, wouldnt it be preferable to have the less specific term, crewed? But then, at what point does the computer controller turn from uncrewed, to AI crew?

Well in the main story he is still thinking about it because it is a big change to his way of thinking where usually one to one marriage. He also has been dealing with a lot of other issues like the diamond dogs.

You warning against sexual content and then having a wrestling match with Braeburn being the first scene got me expecting this to go in a bit of a different direction. But hey, it IS Braeburn, so I figured it made sense.
This was very sweet! I can see why you said it would make for a good offshoot story, it is a good premise and you write it well.
Personally I do hope that he stops the argument before it almost becomes war in the main story considering applejack was way too stubborn then she didn't even want to consider the Buffalo point of view and because of that she helped almost cause a war.
