S3E19: Opening Night (Terrorcreep's Ending)

The Fall Play has come! The students and their parents including Dragon Strike Force have been gathered at the school gym, where the stage play is about to start. All of them were chattering and muttering about the event while some talked about other things.

Suddenly, the curtains have been raised with the spotlights lighted on the stage. The crowd went silence. The play revealed the old home set-like with Rarity as Selfie Soot wearing a blackish gown-like with apron while Flash and Twilight played as her parents wearing old miner suits with wrinkle marks.

Rarity, with her American accent, spoke out, "Ma, Pa, I have got to leave this humdrum, do-nothin', lump-of-coal town. I'm goin' to be the best disco dancer that Club Amethyst has ever seen!"

"Bury those silly dreams in a slag heap, Selfie. Only fools try to make it big in Shiny City." Twilight, using her old lady's voice, shouted while swinging her old pot out that almost hit Flash, who dodged down. She yelped, "Sorry."

Flash hissed, "No worries. Just glad I didn't lose my head."

Rarity as Selfie Soot looked upset and sad as she entered the new set of coal mine alone.

"How will I ever become a disco dancer when all I know is coal, coal," Rarity cried dramatically with fake tears, "coal?!"

As signaled, Rainbow Dash, as the Fairy Bootmother dressed in blue robe with witch's hat has the large old boot-like around her, has been lowered down by the large crane-like with rope. She was above before Rarity.

Using her stiltedly voice, Rainbow grumbled, "Your canary tears have summoned me, my child. It is I, your Fairy Bootmother."

The crowd made 'ooh' interesting tone. And at the same time, some of Dragon Strike Force stifled their laughter at her in her Fairy Bootmother dress.

Annoyed by her friend's laughter, Rainbow continued her role with stiltedly voice while waving her wand prop, "Do not despair, for all coal turns to diamonds."

As signaled, Sunset quickly moved the coal aside and replaced it with crystallized boots-like with sprinkles. Rarity gasped happily. While grabbing and holding it up, she cheered happily about it. The crowd gave the cheers and applause about it.

The play continued for nearly an hour as the ending is closing in. Rarity and the rest of cast members were performing dancing while walking across the stage, along with moving Shiny City by Twilight's robot. Fluttershy looked very nervous and uneasy about her ending while reading her script. Applejack approached and checked on her.

"How's Coal Miner #2 doin'?" Applejack asked.

Fluttershy gulped, "Thinking of calling in sick?"

"Don't be nervous. It's only one line. All you have to do is ring that bell and say, 'The mine is closed.'"

Fluttershy gulped as she answered softly, "The mine is closed."

"Yeah, that, but… maybe a little louder?" Applejack suggested. Suddenly, the crowd gave the applause for the play. She smiled as she took the script while pushing Fluttershy to the stage. She cheered, "Ha! Go get 'em!"

All the casts including her friends have been gathered at the stage. Flutteshy approached to the bell stand. The stage went into dark before the spotlight appeared and shinned on her. She was nervous and worried. While giving deep breathe, she mustered her courage as she prepared to ring the bell.

While Applejack watching the event, Snips and Snails were busy pushing and moving each other. They unintentionally knocked on the nearby tied-up rope at the wall. It released and dropped the bell from its stand to the ground hard.

The crowd gasped in shock and concern of what they saw. Her friends also felt the same as well.

"Fluttershy needs our help!" Applejack exclaimed in concern.

Fluttershy whimpered in fear while standing before the crowd. What can she do now?! Who will help her now? Is it Applejack, Twilight or perhaps Terrorcreep?

Refused to see his girlfriend get humiliated in front of the public, Terrorcreep transformed into his bat form at once. He flew off at once, flying straight to the stage. And at the same time, he has to hide behind the cast members and sets. The last thing he wants is caused some panic among them and the crowd.

Reaching his target, Terrorcreep's Bat Form dived straight towards the bell. He grunted in pain as he struggled of picking the bell up due to how heavy it really is. But her has to try or else she would be embarrassed.

"The things I do for love…" Terrorcreep muttered in annoyance.

With all of his might and strength, Bat Terrorcreep managed to lift the bell up. He then lifted all the way to above Fluttershy's head.

Terrorcreep made 'psst' noise, getting Fluttershy's attention. She was too nervous and distracted while trapped in her stage fright. This annoyed him made a screech sound, shocking and surprising.

"T-Terrorcreep?" Fluttershy asked in surprise.

"Ring the bell!" Terrorcreep answered firmly. He grunted in pain, "C-Can't hold on the bell for long!"

Fluttershy gasped in realization. She cleared her throat while ringing the bell, "The mine is closed!"

The crowd went wild as they cheered and applauded to Fluttershy for giving the sendoff for ending the play.

Terrorcreep sighed, "About time!"

To his shock and surprise yet exhaustion, Bat Terrorcreep's wings has stopped. He yelped in concern before screamed in fear before dropped on the floor, along with the bell. And at the same time, he transformed into his humanoid form. Everyone looked confused and surprised of what they just saw.

Terrorcreep groaned, "That hurts…"

Fluttershy smiled as she gave him a kiss, "Thank you, Terrorcreep.

Terrorcreep sighed, "What a relief…"
