S3E6: Too Hot Too Handle (Mystic Version)

Fluttershy, Rarity, Rainbow, Pinkie, Flare Tiger, Laxtinct and Icy were holding a special event called ‘Crab Adopt-a-Thon’ involving of adopting the crabs. Both Pinkie and Flare Tiger dressed as crab mascots. Rarity and Icy were dressing up the crabs. Rainbow was handling the customer service. Laxtinct was working on supplies for themselves, customers and crabs. Fluttershy was hosting the event.

“Thanks for helping with the Crab Adopt-a-Thon, everyone.” Fluttershy thanked her friends.

“Oh, not a problem. My whole life has been leading up to this moment!” Rarity said happily as she was putting some dresses on the female crab, “Voila! Crustacean couture!”

“Rarity, that is one beautiful crab,” Flare Tiger commented happily.

“Ooh-la-la! Let me help!” Pinkie said happily as she picked up the tiara. She struggled of putting it on the crab, which was very picky and fighting back at her. She groaned as she decided to stop, “Actually, how about I help us away from the crabs?”

Icy giggled a bit as she patted two crabs gently, “I told you that crabs are very crabby and picky when it comes to clothes. You need to be patient with them.”

Pinkie grumbled, “Easy to say than done.”

“Aw man!” Laxtinct exclaimed in concern as he was looking at the ice box. He groaned in frustration, “We just ran out of ice-cream! There’s nothing left in it! Looks like we gonna need more now.”

Pinkie gasped in realization, “I could get us a snack! There's still an hour until the shaved ice stand closes!” Everyone chatted happily to hear about Pinkie volunteered to get some dessert for them. She smiled happily, “Cool! I promise I'll be back before it starts!”

“I should go with you!” Icy called out

“No need. I’ve got this,” Pinkie said happily.

“I’d better go with you, Pinkie. Two heads are better than one.” Laxtinct said happily.

Pinkie and Laxtinct headed off to the shaved ice stand, where they bought eight of colourful dessert for themselves and their friends. Laxtinct paid for the dessert. They all looked at them.

“Oh! Sparkly.” Pinkie commented happily.

Just as Pinkie and Laxtinct were about to leave, they then found mother and son were eating their colourful shaved ice. Unfortunately, the boy tried to lick it, but accidentally his has pushed it off to the floor. This make him almost want to cried. Luckily, Pinkie passed one of hers to him to enjoy. The boy thanked her happily.

“Well, at least, we’ve got seven of them. After all, there’re seven of us, right?” Pinkie asked happily.

“Yup,” Laxtinct agreed.

And just as Laxtinct and Pinkie were about to leave, one of the seagulls dived and grabbed the ice shaved cone. This shocked and alerted them to cover and protect them while shooing and scaring them off. Unfortunately, two or four more have grabbed two more shaved ice.

“Stupid seagulls!” Laxtinct exclaimed angrily, “Always hate those birds!”

“Well, we still got four more. We can share, right?” Pinkie asked optimistically.

Laxtinct shrugged, “Hope so.”

Just as Laxtinct and Pinkie climbed down the stairs to the sand, their feet were burning up by scorching desert. They yelled and yowled in pain while hopping panicking and fearfully. They then jumped back on the stairs.

“Stupid sand! Always hate it to be heat up!” Pinkie snapped angrily, “Should have brought the sandals with us.”

“Now what?” Laxtinct asked in concern. He then looked around of his surroundings, trying to find a way to get back to others. He groaned, “There must be a way out.”

Spotting the bouncy ball rolling towards her, Pinkie gasped, “Follow me!”

Pinkie hopped on the bouncing ball. Laxtinct followed and held on her shoulders from behind. They both began rolled the ball out at once. They arrived at the formation of umbrella stands. They then jumped and bounced on them, one-by-one. Almost reached to the shore, they quickly jumped and grabbed on the floating kites. They’re now heading back to the rest of their friends.

Reaching to their destination, the kites’ knotted lines got snapped, throwing them off the balance. Laxtinct and Pinkie screamed in fear as they were holding tight on them. They both slammed on the ground hard. The rest of their friends yelped and cringed to see it. Though two of ice shaved cones got covered in sand, only one is left.

“Nailed it…” Laxtinct said painfully as he and Pinkie slowly get up.

“You made it!” Rainbow exclaimed happily.

Pinkie grunted, “Barely! You'll never believe what I had to do to get these back un-melty.”

“Right on time. I hate to say it, but these crabs are getting awfully...” Flare Tiger said in concern while looking at the agonized and cranky dressed-up crabs. She hissed, “...crabby!”

Inspecting some crab’s behavior, Fluttershy hummed in concern, “Aw. They're hot, poor things. If only we had a way to cool them off.”

“No kidding,” Rarity commented, “There must be something we can do.”

Pinkie and Laxtinct looked at the ice shaved cones before looking at each other while giving some thoughts. It’s the last one. Despite they wanted to help their friends, they couldn’t stand and watch the crabs get suffered. They both sighed in defeat.

As Pinkie approached to the crab’s sand castle, she asked while showing the last ice shaved cone, “Do you... want this?”

The crabs happily and desperately nodded. Pinkie placed the ice shaved cone in the middle of them. They approached towards it. They all made scuttling and snipping noise as they’re eating it.

Laxtinct sighed, “So much for getting the dessert for everyone.”

Pinkie nodded shamefully, “I'm sorry, everyone. We wanted to have enough to share.”

Rainbow smirked, “No worries, Pinkie. Icy and I got this.”

Held Icy on her back, Rainbow dashed out to the ice shaved stand to get more. In a few seconds, they returned. They brought the fresh new ice shaved cones. And at the same time, Icy used her Ice Breeze to keep them cool.

Pinkie and Laxtinct opened their jaws in disbelief while accidentally dropped the box down. Though a bit of embarrassed, they laughed out amusingly. They were joined by the rest of their friends. They all then enjoyed eating their dessert now.
