Dude, he's a DRAGON. He might not be the size of Smaug or something but he's still able to bellyflop into lava and spit it out without taking any damage, his flames are hot enough to melt an iron lock in SECONDS, and he regularly eats gems. And usually the older a dragon is, the tougher they are. This was when he was a CHILD.
