7112559 It needed a lot of revision from the original, and I just now got around to it. As you can see between the total word count (which doesn't update properly) and the chapter word count, it's gotten almost twice as long.

Hold it!

I was I bounced between "Golden Shield was the killer" and "Star Shine did it" for most of the story (sadly, AA games have made me automatically suspect the "victim" as the perp) , but then you gave astonishingly logical reasons for why "person A-Z" wouldn't be the killer. It was a roller coaster of expectations - I even thought it was TIREK at one point.

This needs more views. Take my like.

I've seen this sort of thing too often to be surprised... not that I didn't guess it the very first time I ever encountered something like it in the old "Twilight Zone".

But basically, any time a kid/person's involved in suspicious circumstances and has some bizarre/rare physical appearance and people disappear/die It's ALWAYS some kind of demon the kid/person made a deal with. I was hoping for a little twist at least, otherwise it was just scrolling along to get to the reveal.
