7335888 I wanted to keep it short and purely simple. I don't know for sure if I'd return to writing yet. I have - or HAD - ideas for stories, but it's hard trying to start something and presenting it in a way that people will see it and think, "Oh, that looks interesting. Maybe this story is worth my time."
I think I need to just keep things absolutely simple. No fancy descriptive sentences or using strings of complex words and grammar or any of that pro-literary stuff. At the end of the day I'm not a writer nor am I a professional writer. So why am I even trying to write the next greatest novel?
So maybe soon I'll have another attempt at writing that special OC story I always wanted to do. But I'll write it MY way instead of the way that I believed would bring in viewers. I have to forget about the people of this site and write my story how I want to write it, not how I need to write it to get views.

At that point, it feels like ...Something urgent happened, so you slapped an ending on the story and published it, before running to the nearest telephone booth to change into your super-hero costume.
8091562 That was where my enthusiasm for writing fanfics just died, and I realized that there really isn't much reward for writing stories in this fanbase. I can't possibly hope to try and start a living from writing a bunch of dumb stories (and my stories are dumb). At least with animation I know I can amuse people, and possibly one day learn how to get better at it so I can start making money from it.
8091566 Probably a good choice. After the TV industry crash cost me my job as a technician, I went back to college for an IT degree. Part of that was one hellish quarter studying Adobe Flash CS5 starting with "what is a vector graphic?" I got an "A," but probably because I was one of only two in the class who completed a final project at all, no matter how primitive. Anyone who can actually create a good animation has earned my respect. Is any of your work posted online?
8091619 My YouTube channel. It's the same name as on here. Most of my videos are a bunch of bollocks but they were early ideas. My more recent videos have been...well, nobody hates them, but I wish I knew how to use programs other than Photoshop CS3 to make better looking animations. But then again if I was able to use Flash or any of those fancier animation programs, my videos would look the same as every other video on YouTube. At least drawing my crap by hand gives it an original style, I guess...
