This story is a sequel to The Scotsman And The Fashionista 3
Rarity and Jock Wallace were once the most bitter of rivals, but now they can safely say that they are the very best of friends.
While Jock is visiting the Carousel Boutique one day, Rarity learns that the unicorn is Scotland's national animal. She isn't happy about this, and demands that Jock takes her to speak to whomever is in charge of the government there.
Jock reluctantly accepts — but her reason for going turns out to be the opposite of what he expected it to be...

Gentlemen, the English are watching with great interest, I do hope to see where this one's heading
I'm an American and I find very little difficult to understand of Mr. Wallace's speech. So if anyone has problems ... you're dumber than an American.
that line probably has to be the most cheesiest and terrifying line I have ever heard
I can follow Scottish decently enough. Have to re read a few line here and there but I can still follow it.
