Anthrope = human. Mis = hate (also, misogynist, misandrist). Pone = not even the same language.
A being that hates ponies would be a misequuist. A being that loves humans would be an anthrophile (because philanthropist, which would logically match the pattern of misanthrope, means a generous person.) So Lyra is a misequuist and an anthrophile but she is not a ponanthrope even though I bet she wants to be, since that would be essentially a werepony (a pony that turns into a human).
