This is the story of a very ordinary pony's extraordinary day. Carrot Top and Derpy are good friends indeed, and sometimes friendship can lead to wonderful surprises. It can also lead to arguments, frustration, and general grumpiness, of course, and this story has all of those things as well. But mostly, this is a story about the day Carrot Top learned how to fly.

Pipe Down has had his cutie mark for many years. Now in his twilight years he is furious when someone demands that he change it.

The life of a mail-delivery pony definitely has its ups and downs; today is very much a down as far as Ditzy is concerned, and she can't wait to get home, put her hooves up, and forget about everything that's gone wrong for her in her life. On the way back to Ponyville, she runs into Rainbow Dash who, it seems, is also struggling with a bad day of her own.

Young, alone, and pregnant with the foal of a married stallion, Ditzy Doo is certain that she is going to be the worst mother Equestria has ever seen. Ditzy's new friends in Ponyville will do their best to help, but only one pony can help Ditzy to overcome her own fears.

A non-canon Lunaverse story, based on the events of Family Matters. Knowledge of the Lunaverse is not required, although this story may contain minor spoilers for Family Matters.
