Not every pony who lives in Cloudsdale is a pegasus. Some are unicorn or earth foals born to pegasus parents; some have been drawn there for employment or love; some simply see it as home and follow their dreams to the clouds.

All survive their days through a regular diet of cloudwalking potions.

And lately - here and there - those potions have begun to mysteriously fail.

It was only supposed to be Rainbow Dash who was dispatched by Princess Twilight to investigate, but even her plans never go as expected. Because Applejack isn't letting her marefriend charge into danger alone.

After dealing with everything from attempted murder, to personal tragedy, to survivor's guilt, Sunset Shimmer and her friends find themselves trying to stay out of the way of a government agent brought to the city because of recent events.

With the portal to Equestria closed, and something very angry lurking in the woods surrounding the city, the seven friends will find themselves dealing with foes old and new, a mystery that could threaten everyone in the city, and an impossible and unacceptable choice.

Spike the number one assistant, has left his home. Feeling a bit lost, somewhat confident and unsure of what lies ahead the young drake begins his journey on the path to improvement. On the path to discover what he wants to do in his life aside from his services to Twilight. And as Spike goes through his travels on Equestria and beyond the young drake begins meeting ponies, griffons and other creatures across Equestria that in some way or another have a descent understanding of what he's now going through. And with each new meeting and experience Spike continues to grow.

With each meeting Spike learns something new and does his best to apply it to his new experiences. But as he continues through his journeys he never once forgets about those he left behind. They in turn will never forget about him. For they'll always be with him in heart, till the day he can return.

Fluttershy meets a strange creature while running an errand in the Everfree Forest. It is nothing like she has ever seen, and it may be more than it seems.

After an urgent call to the castle, a snafu leads to a missing Celestia, and Twilight and Rainbow Dash caught (literally) red-hoofed in her royal chambers by the guards!

What was originally meant to be a birthday present for Applebloom as a game that has influences of her home country has the potential to cause chaos and devistation. In the process of creating a cardless game with a gem that would read out random events, something had gone wrong. So in an attempt to dismantle the game, she turned to Twilight in hopes to use magical means to take it apart safely.

Unfortunately, Smolder and Gallus had discovered the game. And out of boredom, decided they should play it with their friends.

After all, it's just a game... right?
