The changelings have been plotting their revenge ever since the wedding, to little avail. Most of their sleeper agents have been rooted out, there are regular guard patrols along the borders of the Badlands, and every deal they've made has been betrayed in record time. The only changelings not starving to death are the ones who have sold off the queen's secrets for clemency.

But despite all of these setbacks, Queen Chrysalis has a plan. A plan that, if she pulls it off, could topple the Crystal Empire in one fell swoop. Of course, it has more than its fair share of risks, but the reward will make it all worth it.

Rated Teen for brief descriptions of the various mechanisms of birth.

Also, don't worry about spoiler tags. The premise of this piece should seem fairly obvious.

Written before Season 6

Flurry Heart's Crystaling didn't quite go as planned. After vanishing in a powerful magical surge, she became the most high-profile missing pony case in Equestrian history. Twilight leads the search to find her, before it's too late.

Unbeknownst to her, Flurry has already been found, by an unfortunate human who happened to be hiking near the place she appeared. Flurry Heart's magic is irresistibly powerful, and soon changes all around her to suit her whims. Soon Flurry's rescuer is fighting to reverse the magic, before the authorities notice and separate him from the only possible source of help.

Twilight had been invited to spend the holidays together with her brother and Cadence in the Crystal Empire. She gladly agreed, and was happy to be there along with Sunburst and Flurry, even if she missed her other friends a bit.

But that wasn't too much of a problem. Plus, she'd finally get to see Tempest again. Only, Cadence hadn't mentioned that part until hours before Hearth's Warming Eve. But that was fine. She just needed to find a present in time.

And possibly keep it a secret. And possibly keep it in the first place.

About a month after the events of the Wizard of Oz, life seems to have went back to normal for everypony. Twilight has agreed to babysit her niece, Flurry Heart and she plans on having a great day for the two of them.

However, the Mane Six as well as Flurry Heart are whisked away again to another world where they will have to help defeat a great evil and make friends with a group of mystery solvers and a...talking dog

Today I did not wake up in a place I recognize. Not that I can remember how I got here. Where even is here? A castle of crystals in a magical world of pastel-colored talking horses. It's like a dream, only I'm also a wearied, mutant bug monster.

What in the world is a changeling? Oh, and what is that about a war we're apparently responsible for? This looks like it's shaping up to be a hell of a new day, at least, if I don't get squashed like a bug before it can even start.

For many years Cozy Glow sat in complete darkness pondering her actions. Not even the voices of Chrysalis or Tirek kept her company. So instead, she made friends with herself, and even debated her choices, in the pitch black void of the subconscious. But one day, all of that mysteriously ends and Cozy Glow is instead greeted by an impenetrable light. The light of... Princess Flurry Heart? But even though Princess Flurry Heart has great plans for Cozy Glow and herself, plans that could herald a new age of a prosperous Equestria, Cozy Glow finds she simply wants to bake muffins.

Flurry Heart is of course aged up. Babies can't form innuendo. That's just silly.
