For Derpy Hooves, it seems like every day gets worse than before. Her whole life she has been seen as nothing but a rolling disaster. She's seen as a clueless, quirky, messed up pony, simply due to her walleyed disability. How can she possibly hope to erase the stereotypes she was assigned? For Derpy, it's impossible.

Impossible, that is, until she chances into a certain purple unicorn. Will this meeting be yet another failure, or could it be the opportunity she's been looking for, and how could that opportunity affect her life?

I'd like to thank slip_stitch for being both an editor and a proofreader for me. Without her help, this story would literally be one giant punctuation error.

Dinky has always known her mother was a little different from a lot of ponies she met. Her eyes went in different directions, but this never bothered the filly until class bully Diamond Tiara began to mock her mother, setting Dinky into a rage. Because of a misunderstanding both mother and daughter believe the other doesn't like them anymore, and they try to make amends towards each other. In doing so Derpy reveals her regrets from the past where a cruel stallion broke her heart and left her alone and pregnant.

Will Derpy be able to overcome the past to find happiness in the present?

Some ponies take every day for granted. They grow up learning to take for granted the splendor of the world around them. Not Derpy Hooves. While she might not be the fastest, or the smartest, pegasus in the sky, she knows better than anyone just how wonderful it is to be alive. To Derpy, every day is an adventure just waiting to be experienced!

The Doctor, after 25 regenerations, wishes for a place to call home for his final one. The Tardis goes crazy, throwing his regenerating body around before landing in a mysterious land where he, and most creatures, are talking equines. Derpy tries to calm her nerves as she goes through her first day as a mail mare. When the Doctor meets Derpy, a string of events unfurl, thrusting the unlikely pair into space and time. With the doctor's lack of knowledge in all things Pony and Derpy's clumsy nature, how will the two fair in the wide world of Equestria?

Sorry for explaining some things too much, but that's who I am, I enjoy investigating the reasons for things and I tend to explain them... like now.
I had several ideas for this story, but they are all loose ideas with nothing to tie them together so I never focused on any of them or gave them a real or general purpose.
Being your best version, a small wish of mine that I imposed in writing, that's what this story was.
Many ideas come to me over time but I don't put them into action.
So many things I want to do, but without energy and time to do it, that caused the decline of publishing more chapters mainly.

Binnacle - 17 Years since I was here and wrote my thoughts:

I managed to find my goal, it is to be a Pegasus without equal, to be able to alter the weather just with a flap of my wing without being in the sky, to master the art of controlling the clouds or as I like to call it Cloudbender.

I have managed to make a Sonic Boom thanks to all my training... but it was not my final goal not least when it took me 10 years to achieve it when a 8 year old Rainbow Dash achieved it when we were in the Young Aviators school.

But now I am very distracted by the Everfree forest and the challenges it can impose on my path, Everfree will be the forge where I will temper my skills to achieve my dream.

Joining the Wonderbolts... no thanks, I will be recognized for my accomplishments, not for the clothes I wear over my fur!

Some time has passed and now I am the Bearer of a strange magical element that seems to be slowly affecting me ... the good thing is that it is in a positive way.

Also, my training has had its results, now I can clear the sky by just flapping among other things, but the most memorable thing is that I can be the center of climate changes, something that I discovered by accident when consuming a drug, now my attention is focused in replicating those phenomena and then mastering them.

The Everfree is no longer as chaotic or random as I thought at first, it is similar to Earth in a certain way, but only 5% because the rest of the difference is caused by the magical phenomenons that abound in that forest.

Another bit of news is that now I have friends who bring me a smile when I remember them, but I still haven't lost my features as a Deviant, but I'm worried about what Celestia plans for me, now that she knows that I'm not in the army with the others Deviant.

Ditzy has always been picked on because of her eyes but when a new student enters the classroom and helps her to feel better it helps her to see that not all ponies are bad.

It's a lot more than just a holiday.

The story of how Flicktailus Flufftail joined the Cutie mark crusaders, had several crazy adventures and finally earned his cutie mark. His story is full of twists and turns and danger along the way, who knew finding your destiny could be this exciting?

In the far future, he sits down and tells his crazy story.

On the day Twilight, Applejack and Rainbow Dash are to give self-defence lectures to Ponyville’s earth ponies, unicorns and pegasi, Discord asks them to help him clean up a mess he’d left behind before he’d been turned to stone by the Royal Pony Sisters. This leaves Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy to try and give defence lessons in place of the smartest, strongest and fastest members of Ponyville’s Royal Taskforce…
