Flash just raised an eyebrow at Derpy's amazing feat.
"Nice trick, I just bring this snack grape bar" Flash showed his grape bar that he bought earlier on the way to the train station with his mother.
"Thank you. So where are you going?" Derpy took a small bite of her muffin, she may want to eat it in one bite, but her great taste for muffins doesn't allow her and it is something that causes Flash a little laugh who only observed in silence until he decided to respond to her question because she turned her attention to him again.
"I'm moving to Ponyville because of my new job at the Weather Team, I see you have a job. How are you being treated?"
Derpy nodded a bit that causing a few muffin crumbs to fall to the floor and then tilted her head slightly as she began to think.
"Hmm... Good! Sometimes some packages get lost and I don't know where they are, but Ponyville ponies are very good ponies, but when I deliver in Manehattan... I don't like to go there, they all behave like the bad foals that bothered me when I was a filly, but there is no muffin that does not encourage me- !!! " Derpy looked up from her muffin and stared intently at Flash.
"You're going to live in Ponyville, that's great now I'll have two friends at home, you and Pinkie Pie!! This day can't be better or it could. Did I bring an extra-extra Muffin?" Derpy in the excitement of her, began to remove all the cards from her bag in search of that possible second Muffin.
"Hahaha! I'm glad, it's good to know that they treat you well and I don't think you will bring another Muffin, but I can buy you one when we get to Ponyville" Flash showed a friendly smile and a bit of panic when Derpy almost jumped over him.
"Thank you thank you thank you!!!" From her excitement, Derpy ate the rest of the Muffin which only caused her eyes to fill with flashes of happiness.
"A little more and you can cause a Harmonic Song by yourself because of your taste for Muffins!"
"Uuh ... Give me three muffins and we make a deal" Derpy responded with all seriousness at the possibility of getting more muffins that made Flash go out of control with his laughter, Derpy joined in the contagious laugh.
"Good to see, you're still just as cheerful Derpy, just remind me to give your Muffin as I'll be busy getting some things for my new house"
Amperia came out of Flash's mane for a second and watched her surroundings, but the next second she went back to sleep when she saw that they had not yet reached their destination.
"Ignore her, she doesn't like the Train" Derpy and Flash continued to talk for the rest of the trip about mundane things, from Derpy's accidents and the clouds blown up by Flash experimenting with them.
The cabin was filled with laughter for the rest of the short trip.
"See you later~" Derpy said goodbye to Flash and then take flight and continue her journey to deliver the town's mail, one would expect Derpy to fly uncontrollably by her eyes, but since Flash had taken some moments with her when he was younger, she managed to at least fly in a straight line without crashing.
"Well, nowhere... first I will leave my bags and then I will go to get food to fill my pantries, present myself with the Mayor finally examine the sky and get the Ponyville Weather Plan for this season" Flash confirmed his route with the list his mind.
Flash was just about to take a step when an imperative pink thing overloaded with sugar and caffeine slammed into him for a few seconds.

Welcome to Ponyville to a great town that is as big as a city like Canterlot but we don't have the gray party poopers because they are boring and they wouldn't let me have parties to my liking, but I would still convince them to be all laughs with my parties together With the Cupcakes that I will prepare, oh they are my favorites, I can eat 24 of them and they would only be an appetizer, I hope you enjoy moving to our wonderful and quiet happy town, you are a Pegasus, that means that you will work in the weather with my friend Rainbow, she is great with all those aerial maneuvers that she does, can you do that too? It's good to finally have you here Storm, I already know your name, I always check the register of people in the Mayor's logbook for So I can make my parties with enough time, although it's not like I can't have a party in one day, that's why I have my Cannon party, well it was a pleasure and now I'm leaving !!!" *Sound of hooves*
Flash could only blink at the imperative mare with whom he just had a one-way conversation with no room to intervene.
'I only understood the first part of all her spiel' Flash shook his mind and returned to his objectives, she is not the first super imperative mare he knows, a white mare with blond hair called Surprise came to his mind.
Flash moved through town, every pony on the road giving him a cheery smile and a little welcome or a simple cheery warm greeting, it was a bit of a drastic change from the soused cold shoulder he got used to from Canterlot.
He stood out quite a bit because of the clouds that followed him that carried his things, two small gray clouds followed behind Flash as he made his way through Ponyville and it was easy to guess that he was the new tenant of the hybrid house.
Flash created the clouds and compressed them until they had the same properties as cloud concrete and made them stand behind him with small movements of his wings to control the air currents in his environment, it was one of the many tricks that he developed all these years of hellish hard training that he imposed on himself.
Flash's new house is a house made up of wood and clouds, it cost many bits, but it was his mother's gift to him for all his hard work, the house had walls, ceiling, and furniture made of clouds while the columns are made of wood and a small fireplace made of gray stone to prevent the expansion of the fire along with some enchantments to avoid damaging the clouds that make up the house and the floor is made of wood to be able to have guests.
The house has two floors, as usual, the first with the kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a whole space to enjoy leisure along with the dining room, the second floor was composed of two rooms, one for guests, the master bedroom, a bathroom, and a small living room, the house was found to the south of the village, below the central square having to cross a small bridge in the direction of Marigold Lake.
Once Flash arrived at his new house, he unpacked everything in their respective places, first he filled his refrigerator with his grape bars and some more grape-flavored snacks, then he made sure that all the furniture was there and that nothing was missing, to do a quality check on his bed which it passed with an SSS++ fluffiness result that almost got him.
"Great! Now I just have to get those spices and the materials to prepare pancakes, only then will my house be complete, the good that the market is close to here, as is the Everfree" Flash admired the views from the window of his room where he could see Marigold Lake and in the distance a misty forest with few clouds above.
Flash took off easily from the balcony of his room towards the Town Hall which is located in the central square, it did not take a minute to arrive nor did it take longer to finish his procedures with the Mayor who only requested a signature to indicate his citizenship in Ponyville along with the commitment of his new job that will start from tomorrow.
Flash's excitement to soar through the skies made him move very fast throughout the market buying food, his high perception allowed him to analyze quickly so it was easy for him to determine the correct prices and find what he was looking for, many ponies wanted to talk to the new tenant, but Flash didn't get the hint and continued shopping.
After leaving his things at home, he flew to the Weather Team headquarters north of Ponyville near the hospital, it was easy to find the blue building with the amount of Pegasi in place along with the Alerts panel where the Weather Team announced the Weather that will be there during the day or week along with the hours and a small space for requests along with the prices like having a cloud raining on the crops or other small things that do not affect the Ponyville environment in a big way.
Flash entered the barracks without any problem, the employees already knew the appearance of Flash and there is no pony that has the same Cutie Mark.
"Excuse me, can you give me the weather grid for this station, I am the new Pegasus in charge of Weather Control on the south of Ponyville" Flash spoke politely as he was taught to a part that came naturally so as not to show his social discomfort for being a bit introverted.
"Oh! Yes, Storm Flash, we thought you would come until tomorrow, but it is good to see that you are so motivated, here is the grid, changes may arise, but we will notify you in time" One of the two unicorn mares that work as secretaries attended to Flash with a formal smile, but her eyes scanned his entire body for a few seconds.
The mare handed over the reticule and then continued talking with her friend once Flash retired to one of the seats and read the reticule and then put it in his saddlebag and went to see the chaotic Everfree forest.
