This is a Fallout Equestria (primarily) and Terminator crossover.

As the war between Equestria and the zebras pressed on, many members of the Ministries conceived of desperate strategies to end it through magical and technological creations of questionable nature. One of these was Project Infiltrator, a top secret project of the Ministry of Awesome. It's goal: to create a super spy that was the perfect blend of pony and machine. But just as its first subject was ready, the megaspells dropped, destroying Equestria and creating the Wasteland.

190 years later, Crystal Eclair awakens in a world of ruin and violence, completely clueless as to what happened to Equestria and herself. Her confusion grows into horror as she discovers that she is no longer a pony, but now a cybernetic zebra. With no other choice left, she sets out to find answers to her predicament. How will she handle the truth if she finds it? Will she find friends who can help her in a world that trusts no one? And what if those who have done this to her are still out there, eager for her to serve a new sinister purpose?

Once upon a time, on the not-so-magical planet Earth, there was a US Marine who signed up to defend his country. He was assigned to a fire team, the fire team assigned to a squad and the squad assigned to a platoon. Together they defended the area surrounding a Forward Operating Base in Afghanistan from insurgents. If only it were that simple.

When lone Marine is transported to Equestria he finds a post-apocalyptic wasteland. With no orders, no resupply and seemingly no hope of return, he sets out to find what brought him here, and why.

At some point, you just stop being surprised by all the horrible things that happen out in the Wasteland. You get to a point where you just kind of...accept it as part of the everyday life, heck you might even try to rationalize it. But that doesn't change the fact that the Wasteland is just a really messed up place; the Stables are just as messed up if not more so...

Orchid, or as she's better know as the unicorn mercenary Tri-Gun Orchid, and her companion Sirius take shelter in a cave to avoid their pursuers. Rather than go out into the raging blizzard (or risk another firefight), they reluctantly elected to venture deeper into the cave in order to see where it went. What they found, was a numberless Stable...

With the audio diaries from Orchid's PipBuck, one could just...barely piece together what went down during and before Orchid and Sirius made their appearance.

After fighting the Battle of the Blanks, Ruby and Mitta pass on to their afterlife, accepting that their time has ended. Finally at peace, Ruby and Mitta wake up to see something completely unexpected...Sunny Town. Not only is the town not an infested place of the undead but her former friends and murderers are there, greeting them with a friendly attitude. Distressed and confused, Ruby and Mitta attempt to make sense of the sight only to discover something even more wonderful...the family that she dreamed of having.

Soon questions will be answered about the new life that Ruby and Mitta have been given, the challenges that were faced when Konrad was discovered, how their love formed, how their family came to be, and how the Magic of Friendship prevented a terrible evil from destroying the town. This is the story of the Family of the Blanks.

*Note* Aftermath of the Blanks will take more precedence but I will do my best to update this as fast as possible. Won't be as long as my sequel but it will be long enough. Twilight, Celestia, and Luna tags mean they will make an appearance at some point but their parts will be very minor and not really having a bearing on the story.

NOTE!!: This story is currently in the process of being re-written/heavily edited. Many of the flaws of the story will get fixed in the following months. The story ( while technically complete ) will be labeled as incomplete. I'm also adding a new scene and I'm thinking of adding non-canon endings but as of now, misspellings, grammar mistakes, multiple POVs, and any other areas that need fixing will be my main focus for this. Snakebite Tourniquet was quite content to work as a healer on a merchants caravan, but then he finds himself alone in the desert with his body changed beyond recognition. He tries to find out why this has happened to him and eventually this leads him back home to the Neigherra Madre Mountains.
