Standing on the ruins of Chrysalis's fallen empire, newly-crowned King Thorax has a long overdue meeting with his former peers. Amidst their discussions, the reborn changelings are met by a coal nymph, forgotten in the hive's nursery. Scared and confused, the young drone shuts down towards all but Thorax, who consoles the nymph, and demonstrates the power of sharing love between changelings.

Nopony understood her as much excluding her friends, even then, Fluttershy had other secrets that even her friends do not know. She had her own ways to deal with things, her own light to help her see for herself. Which is why she is so distant from everyone other than herself, no one can understand her.

A peaceful walk guided by Luna's lampshade, in a place that nopony understands either that is.

After their superb performance at the Wonderbolts Academy qualification, Sky Stinger and his best friend, Vapor Trail, take a break up away from the influence of Cloudsdale and the Wonderbolts; away into the fearsome, large, white clouds, where no pony bothered to go, and especially not beyond.

There, it was no longer a normal way of perceiving the new light hosted by the Sun. The two pegasi have arrived to the next level of atmosphere where only the two of them would gladly appreciate.

They celebrate, they rejoice, at the relief that they lived for so long to see this day.

The two despise one another, but compared to an endless monotony, even two hated foes would rather talk with one another. Over time, Discord and Nightmare Moon begin to fall in love, right up until tragedy strikes.

For those less familiar with the show, the cover image shows Starlight Glimmer and Sunburst, younger mages who are referred to in part of the story.

Twilight Sparkle is an expert in unicorn magic, but earth pony magic remains a mystery to her. The books in her library have very little information about the earth tribe's abilities, other than their famous strength. Twilight is determined to uncover their secrets.
