It's Fluttershy's soulmate day. This day just happens to coincide with the escape of the Lord of Chaos, Discord.

Now, she must figure out who her soulmate is and take care of a bad guy at the same time.

Fluttershy has always believed that she doesn't have a soulmate, as their cutie mark never appeared on her right hoof. But when she encounters the villain she and her friends are facing, she might be proven wrong.

Soulmate AU

When Twilight becomes determined to unravel the mystery of how poison joke does what it does, Fluttershy agrees to help since her reaction to the flower is the least debilitating among all their friends. Things don't go as planned, of course, and the experience changes Fluttershy and Twilight's lives in ways neither of them could ever have imagined.

This story is quite tame as far as the "Sex" and "Fetish" things go, but I figured I'd better rate it "Teen" and put the tags on just to be safe. Oh, and the cover image comes from Asssha on DeviantArt.

After an embarrassing confession, Twilight and Sunburst try to explain and rationalize what was said over a cup of tea.

But then they realize that they actually love each other.

Chrysalis had come a long way from absolutely nothing - a humbled bug-horse left to fend for herself in the howling wilderness. But she's not the pony changeling she used to be, and she's set her hoof upon the path of conquest, for herself, for her crown, and for her children minions.

All she had to do was seize the commanding heights of the pony principalities, and feed her brood upon that endless supply of pony happiness which was her birthright, by all that was villainous!

If only her mother didn't keep tripping her up.

Lucia Fluttershy is hopelessly in love with Discord, her brother's enemy, and she knows that he loves her equally. Upon sight, both knew that he would be murdered if her brother were ever to come across him.

Yet, he is willing to risk everything to make their lives right again. He is the only thing she has left, save her callous and vengeful brother.

Zephyr had intended to murder him, for Discord had protected the mare he lusted after, and assisted in her elopement. He was never to forgive the one who deprived him of his cruel, twisted happiness.

Fluttershy had successfully protected her only comfort - love - quite a number of times. What she does not realize, was that her brother was much more callous than she ever anticipated.

Knowing of his sister's protective nature, he arranges for a number of incidents to damage her psyche and force her to marry the Prince Blueblood, whose riches will secure their position in society.

Composing an elaborate scheme, he drives Fluttershy and Discord apart, and sends his own sister in a horrid downward spiral.

What he doesn't realize is that his actions have consequences. He damages his sister irreparably and murders her will to live.

The story is based upon Donizetti's "Lucia di Lammermoor" and the Walter Scott's "The Bride of Lammemoor".

With an age-old threat poised to devastate Equestria, the Princesses gather to use a spell left behind by the great Star Swirl the Bearded in order to ensure their victory.

Now all four have become an entirely new being, with her own thoughts and feelings. And in order for the Princesses to return, she will have to die.

What would happen if rubbing a pony's tummy turned you into a pony? We'd be doomed. That's what'd happen.

This Story has many different ideas being presented at once. It's main moral is "Anypony can change if they try. It doesn't matter who they are."

There will be action, some romance, a little drama, and a lot of characters that will be introduced. Including a few new ones I created for both sides. Enjoy!
