Arceus has been imprisoned for many millennia, and in that time he has watched his world fall apart. But once he is finally freed from his prison he decides that to protect his Pokémon, and his family, that he will move the Pokémon, and a few select 'humans' to a world where they might live in peace, Equestria. However, not everyone on this new world shares his view of peace and the very presence of the Pokémon upsests some of the citizens of the world, even some of the ones he brought with aren't too happy with the situation. But a god's will is a strong thing and without his willingness the Pokémon and the citizens of Equestria are going to have to learn to get along, or at least tolerate each other. And there's a slight problem with some of the humans too, well, former humans that is.

Since a lot of people keep aking this I'm gonna put an explanation here. I'm not following any one canon-verse here, I'm making a hodge podge universe with bits from the Manga, Anime, Games, and Movies, as well as some etcetera concerning issues addressed in none of them to great lengths. (Arceus' power is far beyond what he has in the games or movie and this does contain some Pokephilia, which comes from pretty much no canon material ever.)

Turned into a Pokemon, John, a International Police officer, find himself in a world of Ponies.
However none of his skills will prepare him for what he has to face. For a darkness looms all around the Crystal Empire, and it is up to him to both save Pokemon from this new world... and to save the world from this Darkness.

When Arceus decided to migrate all Pokemon and good humans to Equestria, even the other legendaries had some concerns as to whether this was wholly thought out. Nevertheless, the Pokemon are here in Equestria, and now all must deal with this. The sleepy town of Hollow Shades is about to get a wake up call as powerful, varied, and mysterious creatures suddenly appear overnight.

Join a young Riolu now separated from his family in a world he knows nothing about, a former human and now Froakie who has gone from a young adult with only a single trusted partner Pokemon to a one foot tall frog, and finally another human turned into Honedge whose new lack of limbs or face make it all the easier to keep his past to himself.

Together they must come to terms with the hand they were dealt by the Pokemon god, trying to find their way in a place far from home.

Tyler, Amy, and Emily were three regular trainers dragged into the third battle against the evil group Cipher and their Shadow Pokemon. And they were able to defeat them... At a high price. With one of his Pokemon partially corrupted by a new type of Shadow Energy, and the sting of betrayal fresh on his mind, Tyler wasn't in the greatest of positions. And then Arceus decided to enact a mass exodus... Now in an unknown world and an unknown body, they must learn to live with these ponies and find a cure to the shadows within.

Side story to zeusdemigod131's A New World, A New Way. This story will be using concepts and characters from Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness, including Wes, Rui, Michael, Shadow Pokemon, Cipher, and Snag Machines. Links here and here.

For the Vermillion Forest Pikachu, life was pretty peaceful. Apart from the occasional electric mishap the other Pokemon left them to their own devices allowing them to grow freely. But then the rapture happened. All of them were sent to a new world and the worst part? They were all separated, flung to different parts of this place. Unity seemed very unlikely.

Some were lucky and found sanctuary quickly. Others not so much. When the second-in-command finds a friend in the isolated inventor Experiment, things begin to look up. Perhaps he can reunite the horde after all?

Steven Stone is an adventurer, a researcher, a hero, a scientist, a Pokémon right activist, a millionaire, and overall, a Pokémon lover. He has worked several years to make Earth a better world, to get rid of all the evil and the corruption that has tormented it for years. He has seen the rise of heroes and the fall of villains. And when his world seemed to be changing for the best, he left his title as Hoenn's regional champion, and left to explore the world and solve its mysteries.

Steven now finds himself with his trusty, yet cold and soulless companion; a pony thief in the search for adventure and a tendency to attract problems; a sarcastic, negative, disrespectful and almost-suicidal Sylveon; and far many other unusual characters he'd never thought he'd befriend. Ethan Summers was a Pokémon caretaker. He strived to help and rehabilitate those Pokémon that needed it or could not take care of themselves. Though his intentions were noble, his means of achieving those intentions were not always so. After hiding from the law for several years, he now finds himself in a new world, a new body, and a situation where he can’t run from his problems anymore.

Side story of "A New World, a New Way" Its not needed to read to understand this story, but it is still a good story and I recommend that you check it out.

Jayce is a trainer from the Kalos region, all through out his travels he's gone out of his way to be kind to those he meet and have adventures with his oh so fluffy Meowstic Nao. But when Arceus escapes his prison and decides to move all of his children and a few worthy human to a new world chaos is bound to ensue. The problem is this new world doesn't know they're coming or even what Pokemon are, did I mention this world was filled with colorful ponies? Being in a new world is scary enough, but the humans who find themselves here are turned into Pokemon and Jayce is no exception.

I would like to thank Zeusdemigod131 for creating a great setting and allowing me to have my own adventures in it. I highly recommend getting up to date on his story before starting mine, it'll help.

(Set within the universe of A New World, A New Way (though non-canon with said story). I suggest reading a little of that story to understand what all's going on. Plus, it's an awesome fic.)

Dinky Hooves and Clefairy have been best friends for some time now. After their chance encounter one day after school, the two were nearly inseparable. Of course, a couple of the other school ponies had their own Pokemon as well, but now Dinky was finally able to join that group.

A few weeks go by, and Dinky gets the idea to go exploring for Pokemon that don't hang out around Ponyville. With Clefairy by her side, she can go anywhere, right? Their first stop: the Ponyville Cemetery.

And that's where Dinky's life changes for the worst...
