Spike is friends with Ember, the new Dragonlord, and Thorax, a nice Changeling. They've never meet each other and Spike wants them to be friends.

After saving Camp Everfree, Sunset Shimmer just wants to kick and celebrate like any typical teenaged girl. Or at least as typical as one can be when you now possess magic powers that let you see into the hearts and minds of others.

But memories are a fickle thing, and when Sunset Shimmer runs into her ex-boyfriend, she soon discovers that even a memory can be deceptive.

Zephyr Breeze could never do anything right. He never felt loved, never felt wanted, and never felt like he belonged. He pushed on through his shortcomings only to see if there was a light at the end of the tunnel. But he never told his family how he felt.

Shortly after becoming an adult, he is in and out of homelessness, and only his parents could give him a place to stay. His older sister Fluttershy insists that he get a job, but he can't. He just can't.

He finally breaks down at his sisters as she asks him to leave there as well, and tells it all.

Overcome with pity for her hopeless and depressed brother, she reveals to him a secret that changes everything...

In order to improve their skills at detecting changeling infiltrators, Twilight Sparkle and the Council of Friendship ask their new friend Thorax to help them with a little training exercise. Their goal? Figure out which of their six friends is actually Thorax in disguise.

Dialogue heavy, as this story focuses on the cross-interrogation of the game itself.

Upon arriving home from a trip, Twilight is shocked to find her teenaged little brother Spike kissing Rumble, a male pegasus. Spike has no choice but tell Twilight a secret that she herself never saw coming.

He's gay.

Author's (strange) inspiration: I'm kinda hittin' a brick wall with my other stories, so here's one that came to me during a late at night browsing of pictures.

Ponies like snuggles. Spike likes to give snuggles. But Spike is a five-hundred-foot tall dragon, and finds it difficult to give snuggles without accidentally popping the pony like an overripe tomato in a hydraulic press. Spike believes he has found a solution.

Part of the Hellpiercer 'verse, but knowledge of that story is not required.
