A strange mare arrives in Twilight’s library, claiming to be her future self—here to stop a terrible plague. But Twilight worries that this stranger’s bold claims may hide something more sinister.

Pinkie is not always the easiest pony to be around, with her maniac energy and crazy outbursts, but she means well, and she loves her friends dearly. What her friends don't know, is how sensitive Pinkie really is. When Pinkie hears her friends talking about her, the resulting breakdown is one that Pinkie may never recover from.

This was inspired by my own personal feelings that I was dealing with when I wrote this. The cover art even more so.

Rainbow Dash notices something wrong with Pinkie Pie. What does it mean that her Pinkie Sense has stopped working? Twilight's tests make her violently ill, and reveal a shocking truth...
