After a major dispute with her queen, a lone female Changeling is banished from her home and forced to be on her own.
She eventually runs into Ponyville where she transforms herself into a random pony citizen to blend in. She ends up running into residents and makes some new friends while exploring.
But then she accidentally runs into a certain young dragon... one who had caught her eye during the invasion of Canterlot.

Ditto, a changeling from the attack on Canterlot, is flung far from her home and lands in Ponyville. She crashes into Twilight's library, and finds it a nice place to stay, quiet, abandoned, and peaceful. Until, of course,Twilight returns from Canterlot and finds her.

How will Ditto survive? She is lost, hungry, and far from her swarm.

Will the ponies find it in their hearts to help this poor, injured creature?

This story takes place anywhere from a few months to a year of Frostfyre's birth in Motherhood is Magic. In this story, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle will have to face their own hardships on their way to motherhood. The question that stands now is, will they be able to handle it?

A/N: I would like apologize ahead of time if the time lines don't add up just right or some events are missing out of a story that were in other stories, it can be somewhat difficult and irritating to get them to line up perfectly AND have them flow with the story. And if you get confused about the age differences, it should be this: Frostfyre is three months older than AJ's kid, AJ's kid is three weeks older than FS's kid, FS's kid is a month older than RD's kid, RD's kid is two months older than PP's kid, and PP's kid is a month older than TS's kid.

On the eve of Hearth's Warming Eve, as Luna raises the moon, she is visited once again by the very entity which drove her to madness. Resisting it's influence, Celestia and Luna hatch a plan to end this once and for all.
One which works too well with unforeseen consequences.
As the nightmare loses it's power, it plummets to the earth followed by an explosion of Power that the Royal Sisters know too well. However when they find the epicentre of the explosion they are shocked to see an Alicorn with no memory, and no name.

Yet the question remains. Why does it resemble Luna so much that they could be twins??

Follow the story as this unnamed Alicorn makes her presence into Equestria, for better or worse.
