Ditto, a changeling from the attack on Canterlot, is flung far from her home and lands in Ponyville. She crashes into Twilight's library, and finds it a nice place to stay, quiet, abandoned, and peaceful. Until, of course,Twilight returns from Canterlot and finds her.
How will Ditto survive? She is lost, hungry, and far from her swarm.
Will the ponies find it in their hearts to help this poor, injured creature?

I fixed it, I also fixed the scene where they were talking a bit.
In the Pokemon anime, whenever a Ditto transformed, it would retain its general eye and mouth shape. Just sayin'.

Nice escape though Nurse Redheart isn't going to be happy, also this is the first story I've read where someone used Minutte instead of Colgate.
Bucking a doctor while injured... It would take a lot to unseat Discord as best pony, but Ditto's giving him a run for his money.
I'd say this was a solid addition to the story. Ditto's got a long way to go, but she's trying, even if her ability to interact with ponies still needs a lot of work. It's always nice to see Derpy, er, Ditzy Doo get some screen time, and kudos for the creative use of a muffin recipe. (Though one wonders if the fault was in the recipe execution, or did Ditzy just forget to use a muffin pan.)
Frankly, I'm more surprised that Pinkie didn't pop up almost as soon as Ditto left the Library. Although, I guess since Pinkie's already met Ditto, her Pinkie Sense wouldn't go off on a "new" pony limping through town. Although, on that point I'm pretty sure that word will get back to Twilight about Ditto's little excursion anyway. After all, it wasn't exactly a full on stealth trip outside, was it? Looking forward to the next installment.
I wonder, will Twilight consider writing to Celestia about Ditto? Twi's warmed up to Ditto a bit, but she's still a Changeling.

Minuette is her real name, the one given by the My Little Pony franchise. She was a glitter toy, and on the MLP Wikia they say that the glitter toy and the background character are the same pony.
