While dealing with post traumatic stress brought on by the events surrounding his wedding, Shining armor is awoken in the middle of the night by a call requesting his presence. An unmasked changeling has appeared at the gates to Canterlot requesting to speak with Shining armor, and he's not speaking to anypony else. What does he want? And is there something sinister behind this, or is it all in Shining's head?

As I'm sure you can tell by the dates of submission, this story was started quite some time ago. Instead of completely ignoring things that have happened since season 3 on, this will be an alternate reality that branched from shortly before Twilight began the path to become an alicorn.

Lilith is given an ultimatum by the Alpha Drone collectors. Gather love or have to situation escalated by referring it to higher powers. Unfortunately for her, she has no idea how to go about this after her escapades and lack of focus in training leave her without the skills needed to “harvest love” from the ponies. She knows what her issue is, but the Alpha Drones don't want to hear her excuses, they just want to see results and of course it's in their best interests to protect their own hides. Following an unlikely series of events, she sees herself in a situation where she is stuck with an Element of Harmony bearer for an indefinite period of time. What could possibly go right?

This takes place around Season 3, Twilight won't be an Alicorn... I think... or maybe she won't even play a major part at all, it's all a little TBD lol.

Queen Chrysalis and King Metamorphosis are two ruling changelings from two separate Hives, each one having a certain enmity toward one another due to events in their past. When they separately learn of the wedding between Princess Cadance and Shining Armor, they plan to ruin it by taking the places of the ponies to be wed. However, they are completely unaware of each other's involvement or intent.

With both putting on a deceptive act toward one another, what happens when the deceivers are unknowingly deceived themselves? And can Shining and Cadance, each believing they must save one another from a fake, be reunited, or will they fall prey to the entrapment of the changelings?

An alternate storyline to A Canterlot Wedding.

Dedicated to Victor Frost, for without his Colt Version of "This Day Aria", I might never have come up with this.

Divorces can lead to some awkward situations, especially if said divorce happens on the same day as a wedding - two to be precise.

We all know these problems: Meeting your former wife at the market, lawyers, the whole business with children. And now, Shining Armor is going to experience the latter when a Changeling-Pony hybrid falls upon his doorstep. His, to be precise, the result of the short lived marriage between him and Princess Cadance Queen Chrysalis.

Can Shining Armor hide the infant from Cadance, hold together his marriage and deal with the lustful advances of an ambassador from a violent country with a goal of Realm domination?

Maybe, maybe not. Should be fun to watch though.

Changelings are evil creatures, right? They ruin other people's lives to consume their emotions as they live and reduce them to nothing, then return to their evil Queen only to do it again.

But... Do all of them do that? Is it fair to judge them all?

In this story we follow a Changeling who is hell-bent on Twilight Sparkle's decimation... for a while.

In the wake of the interrupted wedding of Princess Cadence and Shining Armor, the Royal Guard went on a changeling hunt, fanning out throughout Equestria to find any changelings living amongst ponykind. The captured changelings have been confined to a guard barracks in Canterlot.

Meanwhile Princess Celestia is finding herself swamped with petitions from ponies across Equestria asking for amnesty for their changeling friends, colleagues, and lovers. Princess Luna, who has been itching to regain some responsibility since her return, offers to take on the petitioners... and the changelings.

In the far north, where changelings live, change begins -- a single changeling breaks out of the collective mind, becoming an individual. The story follows the life and adventures of Chip -- a changeling that will bring upon a new era in the Hive.
