Rainbow Dash has dreamed of being a Wonderbolt for as long as she can remember. She's trained herself every single day to be better at her craft so she may one day join the team. But, when her dreams finally seem achievable and she is just about to reach out and grab them, a rumor breaks loose, leading to her goals slipping out of her grasp. Hopes and spirit gone, she must clear her name or forever have cheated dreams.

This story is a sequel to A Very Twidash Hearth's Warming

It's been a good year since Rainbow Dash first asked Twilight out on a date, and Hearth's Warming has once again come upon the couple. This time, just like last year, Rainbow is without a present the day before the customary opening of gifts. She knows exactly what she wants to give Twilight, but for some reason, ever time she tries to buy it, something stops her.

Christmas Special, a continuation of last year's special. Reading of last year's is not required, but it is highly recommended.

Why hadn't she trusted her parents? Her brother? Her sister-in-law?

Why was she so afraid to tell them the truth?

In the warmth of her cloud home, Rainbow Dash is about to turn in for the night when she hears Scootaloo crying outside in the middle of a vicious blizzard. Plucking the freezing filly from the snow, Rainbow hopes to provide some much-needed comfort for the otherwise tough young pegasus, but she uncovers a disturbing reality that she knows she cannot handle alone.

Knowing only one pony that could really help her out, Rainbow enlists Twilight’s help, determined to set things straight for Scootaloo. But what Rainbow doesn’t know is that in her efforts to provide a better life for the filly, her friendship with Twilight will develop into something more.
