After the conclusion of "My Little Dashie", life goes on for the narrator and Dashie. They do indeed remember each other and all the time they shared, but how can Dashie let her daddy know this crucial fact? Long after Dashie has left his life, he decides to catch up on all the episodes he missed by cutting off when he adopted Dashie. As he watches, suspicion of her lasting memories grows on his part, while she attempts to find a way to communicate her situation to him. Pasts are revealed, shedding significant light on the circumstances of Dashie's adoption, and Dashie tries to throw in an on-screen hint that only he will grasp the true meaning of.

So, this is LONG overdue. I wrote this back in October, inspired both by the original story and by a picture by CSImadmax over on deviantART. When a mishap occurs with Celestia's bathroom scale, an ancient protocol that may just doom Equestria is set into motion. With the entire palace staff now conspiring against her, the sun goddess must not only contend mountains of paper work, dancing celery sticks, and steroid pumped stallions, but a sister who will take this chance to torture Celestia any way she can as payback for her banishment. After being touched by the great story My Little Dashie written by ROBCakeran53, I wanted to give the story an ending, something that would bring closure to all. Rainbow has finally returned back to the lands of Equestria, but things did not go as well as the ponies were hoping. Meanwhile, Dad is having a brash confrontation with magic and other-worldly situations.

At first glance, Princess Luna's charioteers might appear to be little more than Royal Guards dressed in festive apparel for Nightmare Night. However, there is far more to the story than that - the Night Guards once played a pivotal role in the history of Equestria, and have sacrificed more for their beloved princess than most ponies are even aware of.
