Earth's final downfall is imminent. Celestia and several other ponies watch with bated breath, as the final few acres of tainted land are swallowed. The last remaining humans are cornered in, no way of resisting their conversion.

But, just before Celestia orders the potion to be applied, the humans unite in an act that will haunt Celestia forever.

This is an army of Equestria, seeking to end the war of attrition by stamping out the human pestilence. Wehrmacht Hauptmann Herman Schott stands atop the Reichstag as the last human in Europe, waiting for the Equestrian to claim him as well. With nothing but the captured flags of conquered nations, a Luger, and some stick grenades, can he make a final tribute to humanity that will not be forgotten?

Once upon a time, in the magical land of Equestria, humans were suddenly all over the freakin' place.

Legends said nothing but horrible things about them, and that the only way to deal with a human was to make them no longer be a human. First contact showed otherwise, and cooler heads prevailed. The newly-organized Transmogrification department was gutted, with most of the agents sent to work elsewhere. Many government employees were organized to help the humans settle in; the best and brightest got to work at the extremely challenging job of calculating multiversal exchange rates so that human cash could be traded in for bits.

My name’s Marcus. Marcus Cortez. I’m currently a freshman at CUFTA. You don’t know what that means? Well, it stands for “Canterlot University for the Arts.” While it is a little unsettling to go to college in a completely different world from my own, and while being a human in a school full of mostly ponies is a little intimidating, I’m doing fine so far. Stephen finds himself as a pony in Ponyville at night while he sleeps. Convinced he's dreaming, he tries to deduce why he's having these dreams. While doing so, he's invited by the Mane 6 to join them in investigating the disappearances of ancient artifacts from museums around Equestria. Stephen must learn how to use his talents to overcome fear and exhaustion while juggling his 9-to-5 job during the day and seemingly sleepless nights under the guides of our favorite ponies.
