Trotham city was once a glowing earth pony metropolis, but after Nightmare Moon was banished, it has been in a state of corruption and near-anarchy ever since, but a small of glimmer of hope appeared 20 years ago, that died with Trotmas Mane and his wife.
The Mane family has lived there ever since it's founding by Princess Luna shortly before she was imprisoned.
The only living Mane left has traveled the world, learning whatever he can from where ever he can.
Princess Luna has decided that she will pull Trotham from the ashes if it's the last thing she does, but is she alone?
There has been unrest in the underbelly of Trotham, and a storm is moving in, that threatens Equestria to it's very core, and it's impossible to say who will still stand in the end.
Is all hope dead, or is the night just darkest before the morning?

This is my first Fanfic, so please, all comments welcome. I may have some shipping later on in the story, but not yet. Constructive criticism welcome. I will attempt to update as often as I can, maybe once (or if I'm lucky) twice a week)

As the years drew on, Spike's childish heart grew into that of a true adult, longing for the finer things in life; the finest things. He pursues his relationship with Rarity, but all does not go as planned.

Filled with anger and sorrow, Spike and Rarity fall away from one another. In his grief, Spike pursues new interests, and their friendship is in danger of never recovering.

But perhaps the truest words in life are these: you do not know what you had until you have lost it. Jealous and alone, finding no comfort in stallions she once loved, can Rarity reclaim her one chance at true love, before it is too late?

After going to Sugercube Corner, Derpy finds out that they didn't get a shipment of the ingredients needed for the best muffins in the world. Derpy goes on a epic quest, and unbeknownst to her, her children decide to follow. Now Derpy, Dinky, Sparkler, and Dizzy Hooves are all on the ride of their lives, and it will involve muffins. Lots and lots of muffins.

Twilight Sparkle Discovers the Cutie Mark Crusaders have run out of ideas on how to get their cutie marks. In order to give them new inspiration Twilight takes them to Canterlot. There Princess Celestia and Princess Luna tell them the story of how they earned their cutie marks. The story takes place in the early days of Equestria following the long reign of the evil villain Ghastaloom. Princess Celestia convinces Princess Luna to go exploring in the Everfree Forest. There they encounter a sinister follower of Ghastaloom. One thing quickly leads to another and before long it's up to the two princesses to stop the vile henchman from exacting his plan of revenge.

This is a three part story.

When Princess Celestia calls the Mane Six to her castle in Canterlot for an urgent meeting, what will she tell them? More importantly, how will it affect their friendship, Ponyville, and all of Equestria?

When the TARDIS gets a temporal distress call, Doctor Whooves and his family find themselves lost in time. Now Derpy must contend with not only monsters and maniacs, but the future and past versions of her husband!

A mysterious brown Earth pony with an hour glass Cutie Mark sneaks into Canterlot Castle, only to be caught by Princess Celestia herself. Curiously, Celestia is intrigued by the seemingly endless stream of nonsense this pony is wont to speak. Luna soon joins them, and the group heads into the very depths of the castle, where something has been lurking for far too long...

Author's Note: The story begins with Season 1 Luna, weakened and with very little magical power, as well as having 'flat' hair.

Doctor Whooves is also an Earth pony in this fanfic, as he has appeared as both a Pegasus and Earth pony in show.

The world of Equestria is very different when you don't have nigh-omnipotent gods and goddesses running about. Without Celestia's guiding light, the Earth Ponies, Pegasi, and Unicorns would probably have never guessed at their gifts. Discord, being the embodiment of Chaos, would work through nature and change, meaning no controlling the weather. Without Luna, the world would be a much darker, scarier place. Oh, and by the way: these aren't your regular little ponies. There will be bipedal ponies with hands, blood and death, and some romance in this story, so if any of those turn you away, well, there's the door.

A baby is found by Fluttershy one stormy night. Only it's not a normal baby let olone a pony. Feeling sorry for the helpliss creature she takes it in. How will her friends react to the strange newborn? How did it get here? And why was it out in the middle the forist?
