Draco, this needs work. Seriously, you missed basic things like "Prelogue" and "spike", The idea behind it intrigues me, but I'm disappointed in the execution so far. Seriously, drop this in someone's thread. It desperately needs it. Though, I would understand if you hold off until you have chapter 1 done it's understandable.

Honestly, the idea behind this story seems wonderful, but as others have already said, your execution thereof was poor. For one, you should have more detail. You've put in abstract details such as personification, but you should also show us what a character's reaction is to those sounds or things. No tell, show. The scene where Twilight and her friends are in the odd chariot is a good example. You told us that the chariot and the ponies carrying it were weird and Twilight and everyone else was bothered by it. But instead of telling us that, you should show us their reactions in a scene; perhaps where they talk about the chariot in hushed whispers, or perhaps they make a vain attempt to talk to the ponies carrying the chariot. But, whatever you do, show, don't tell. If you do that throughout your story, it will really come alive.
Every single time I have an idea, someone has already written it. Every. Single. Bucking. Time! I was actually halfway through writing a story where the Mane 6 all become alicorns when I found this.
Slow down, this story can be big but ive more detail but not too much detail and your are set!

Couple grammer errors and a few typos but hey the story has promise, I am unsure though for unseating Luna and Celestia but we will have to see how it plays out.
Twilight's mind quickly grinded to a halt, she did not want to think about how much power she had within her. I'm sure which one but in one of the elder scrolls books that excact line is said except the name of the person is unknown as it says "the girl" in place of any name.
