With Rainbow Dash's foal due any day now, Scootaloo has become rather anxious of late - mostly because this new addition to the family has brought back old memories, but also because she's afraid that he or she won't want her as an older sister. After ten whole months of holding it in, she finally expresses her fears to Rumble, who does his best to put her at ease...

Twilight Sparkle thought that she had felt all that happiness could offer. She had perfect friends, an amazing mentor, and even became part of the Princess monarchy. She was as happy as she could be.

Until one day the news came...

Princess Twilight Sparkle was going to be a mother. And she never knew just how beautiful being a mother could be.

This fic was inspired by the picture, and the title came from it as well. The picture and title do not belong to me. I would like to thank Hikariviny for drawing such a wonderful picture. It inspired me to write the single best thing I've ever written. I don't wanna sound modest, but this story is the one that's most likely to be featured out of all of my stories. On the day before her 800th year of her lonely reign without her younger sister, Celestia takes the day before to mourn over her sister ever since she was banished to the moon. But on this particular day of grief, she gets a visit from the Doctor, along with somepony whom she hasn't seen in a very, very long time, her sister Luna.

It was the news that shocked Equestria. Rainbow Dash did the unthinkable, she attempted suicide.
Luckily, she was saved from drowning at the last minute when Fluttershy saw her. After being taken to the hospital, news broke out. The question of "why?" on everypony's lips.
Her friends searched for any kind of clue as to what made their friend drive herself to do such a thing.
At Rainbow's house, they found out why.
A few days later, Rainbow Dash woke up in a hospital bed, and right next to her, she's confronted by the last pony she ever wanted to see: Pinkie Pie.
