Rainbow Dash's son learns that unexpected surprises may come from those we underestimate. A story on father/son bonding.

It's Hearts and Hooves Day and Princess Celestia has sent a special challenge For Twilight Sparkle and her friends to find some pony special for each of them. However, Rainbow Dash is not interested and is too focused on training to become the next Wonderbolt, until she finds that some pony had left her a rose on her door step.

After adopting Scootaloo Rainbow Dash is still learning about taking care of her. Rainbow Dash has been learning, but she still doesn't have the full confidence she needs yet. Now with a storm coming to Ponyville and Scootaloo acting strangely, Rainbow Dash needs to find out what is wrong with her before something bad happens.

Rainbow Dash always envied how much her coltfriend, the Wonderbolt, Soarin' loved to eat Applejack's home made apple pies. Swallowing her pride, she asks her best friend and rival to teach her everything she knows about making these delicious treats, so that she can at least let the stallion of her dreams appreciate her more.

When Soarin'' comes to Ponyville to personally invite Rainbow Dash to the upcoming Wonderbolts tryouts, she couldn't be more exited. But when she hears what Soarin' wants in return, she isn't all that thrilled. Will Rainbow be able to keep the date secret, or will gossip and rumours get the better of her?

Rainbow Dash's dream finally comes true. She gets accepted into the Wonderbolts, but problems strike her soon. Can she overcome the many obstacles that challenge her?

After the tumultuous events of the Canterlot Wedding, Rainbow Dash goes on her nightly flight to relax. She's used to flying alone, and enjoys the solitude. This time, however, somepony accompanies her.

Takes place right after the Season Two finale.

Rainbow Dash has always felt empty, as if she was incomplete. It might've been not being a Wonderbolt, but... it was far deeper than that. Like there was an absence of something within her. But when a certain Wonderbolt rescues her in a blizzard and spends some time with her... how will she feel? And how will she react?
