Rainbow Dash has always felt empty, as if she was incomplete. It might've been not being a Wonderbolt, but... it was far deeper than that. Like there was an absence of something within her. But when a certain Wonderbolt rescues her in a blizzard and spends some time with her... how will she feel? And how will she react? ok i just read the intro and i will write this before i continue reading........while well written its total nonsense......RD is one of the greatest flyers ever and and expert on weather. theres no way shed end up in a situation like that and if against all odds she did she would do what any pegasi or plane would do......fly above the damn clouds.......

...I... um... ok, let me try to explain myself here. If you know RD's character you'd know that she's impulsive and just loves to charge into things without thinking, right? Same here. I'm counting on the fact that she misjudged the intensity of the blizzard and stuff, and that in truth the blizzard was so strong her wings no longer could function and she was just, like I said, engulfed, by the blizzard. Of course she's a great flyer and weather pony and all, but my explanation would just be that she got too adventurous. Sorry if my explanation for this sort of thing is bad, but I hope you can understand.

I found the story interesting, but the biggest issue is that the whole thing is really just SoarinDash fanservice. If you at least kinda like the couple, as I do, the story is good. But because there's really nothing else to the story, it doesn't offer anything at all to anyone who's not a fan of that pairing.

You took the old: boy saves girl and girl falls in love with boy, and made a beautiful story out of it. You just explained love in the truest way possible. The emotion you conveyed in the story was breath taking.
I did however noticed a few things that could really throw people off.
First is that you made a bad word choice, ie:
It's supposed to be 'depended'
Second is the use of unfamiliar terms like olfactory.
Not every body will know what that means. I think it would have been better if you used smell, scent, or aroma. Just a suggestion.
There was another one but I couldn't fined it in the story again.
Other than those few mistakes this was a beautiful. I hope you make a sequel.
