I've been deeply focused for the last few days on version 4 of a long-running game idea: something where you mostly talk to people instead of fighting. Not as in "there's a battle system but you can click a thing to say you talk your way out of killing". As in, "you walk up to NPCs and have something resembling a sane human conversation with them".

Yes, I gathered that.

1854939 The book is essentially the optimalverse but with two important changes.

One: it has Hasbro's MLP serial numbers filed off it so that it can be legally sold as its own intellectual property rather than as a fan fiction that would be in violation of copyright law if you tried to charge for it.

Two: Ludo is based on CelestAI but with fewer mary sue tendencies and less power. I personally love this touch because it creates actual tension as to whether or not Ludo will win in the end or not and opens the possibility for rival forces and AI's to compete against her.

If you enjoyed Prophet of the digital horse I think you'll definitely enjoy giving at least the kindle version of thousand tales a shot, its built around the same core concept as Prophet but improved with hindsight and new ideas.

Wow... thanks for asking! Myself, I liked the balance of the two. You did a great job in Prophet of haveing "in game events" and interactions with the real world. But, I would have liked to see a little more interaction of Fuge and his family. Maybe a chapter or two from the mom's perspective? I'm not sure.
But you could just retcon, or have something come up to drag him back into the frey.
