Anon likes his life to be simple. He wakes up, goes to work and sometimes gets himself a good book to read while he is home. It's a routine that he likes to follow, it makes him feel like he has a bit of normality with his life in Equestria. The fact that having Celestia come crashing into his home as part of his routine should prove that his life is anything but normal.

This is a crack fic inspired by a prompt from Bucking Nonsense when I was bored.

King Sombra has returned from the dead, reincarnated as one of the most fearsome forms in the world...a squirrel. Not to be deterred, he tries to take over Equestria again. It goes as well as you might expect.

Proofread by Bucking Nonsense too.

Chancellor Neighsay, the strict and rigid leader of the School of Friendship, had always been a man of principle. He was not one to indulge in frivolous emotions such as love or romance. However, all of that changed when he met Twilight Sparkle, the princess of friendship.

Chancellor Neighsay had always respected Twilight's intelligence and dedication to education. But as he worked closely with her on school matters, he began to realize that his admiration for her went deeper than just professional respect. He found himself drawn to her kindness, her compassion, and her unwavering commitment to her friends and the values of Equestria.

However, Chancellor Neighsay knew that he could not simply reveal his true feelings to Twilight. As the leader of the School of Friendship, he had a reputation to maintain. He feared that if he were to confess his love for Twilight, he would be seen as weak and unfit to lead. Furthermore, he knew that Twilight was already in a committed relationship with her longtime partner, Flash Sentry.

Despite all of this, Chancellor Neighsay could not shake the feelings he had for Twilight. He found himself daydreaming about her, thinking of ways to impress her, and feeling envious of Flash Sentry for having won her heart.

Finally, one day, Chancellor Neighsay decided that he could not keep his feelings bottled up any longer. He knew that he had to tell Twilight how he felt, no matter what the consequences might be. He went to Twilight's castle and nervously asked her to meet him in the gardens.

Once they were alone, Chancellor Neighsay took a deep breath and spoke from his heart. He told Twilight how much he admired and respected her, how he had come to realize that his feelings for her were more than just friendship. He told her that he loved her and that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.

Twilight was shocked and taken aback by Chancellor Neighsay's confession. She had never thought of him in that way before, and she was already in a committed relationship with Flash Sentry. However, she could not deny that she had grown to respect Chancellor Neighsay over the years and that she appreciated his honesty.

After much thought and consideration, Twilight agreed to give Chancellor Neighsay a chance. They began dating in secret, taking great care to keep their relationship hidden from the public eye. Chancellor Neighsay was overjoyed to be with the woman he loved, even if it had to be in secret.

Eventually, Chancellor Neighsay decided that he could not keep their relationship hidden forever. He knew that he had to tell the world about his love for Twilight and make their relationship official. He planned an elaborate proposal, complete with fireworks and a serenade from the Ponyville Orchestra.

When Chancellor Neighsay got down on one knee and asked Twilight to be his wife, she said yes without hesitation. Despite the initial shock and confusion, Twilight had grown to love Chancellor Neighsay just as he loved her.

And so, the unlikely couple was married in a beautiful ceremony attended by all of their friends and loved ones. Chancellor Neighsay, the man who had once been so rigid and unemotional, had finally found love in the most unexpected place.

On her latest administrative mission, Princess Twilight Sparkle and her entourage of friends are off to the frozen north-western reaches of Equestria.
There, in the icy cold over three centuries before, Princess Celestia established a small colony as a base for the future settlement of the region. The purpose was to spread the ever increasing numbers of citizens out over a wider area and avoid over-population. It is a similar idea to Appleloosa's and even Ponyville's founding.
The difference though is that this colony, Koltsovo as it's known, was Equestria's first and most dreaded penal colony. Though there are few such colonies of Equestrian criminals, this one has been the bane of Celestia for her to allow admittance, seeming resistant to being admitted into the kingdom. Now this developed, populous and, as they call it, 'industrial' land may at long last be ready.

The years have not been kind to Starlight Glimmer's social life. With her friendships waning, Starlight is more and more afraid of taking the chances she should have taken a long time ago.
Enter Thorax and the novelty which is the changeling Masquerade Ball. For one evening, his guests will take on the shape of someone else to mingle and see life from a different perspective.
Starlight's transformation goes in a direction which opens her eyes a bit more than she might like. Confronted by a mysterious pony who looks just like her usual self, Starlight wrestles with her feelings and those of another.

When all is twice laid to chaos, only one question remains:
Is it too late for Starlight to fight fate itself and seize the cure for her aching heart?

Only time will tell.

I definitely broke the word limit (two times over and change), but I couldn't help myself.

This story is a sequel to Change of Life

Hearth's Warming is a time for family to come together to celebrate, but can Whirring Cogs accept one relative in particular when she comes to visit?

This is a stand-alone short story that is a sequel to the events of Change Of Life and the Chrysalis Resurgent series. Knowledge of the events in those stories is necessary to understand fully what is happening in this one.

Long Path, an earth pony living in Canterlot, and his best friend, a griffon named Free Agent, set out in the company of Twilight Sparkle to visit various places and species to look into what makes them different, and hopefully learn how to get along with them better. Things rarely go to plan though, and along the way, they discover things about themselves, and find love, drama, and laughter. Then Chrysalis changes everything, and the fate of the whole world might be at stake. Their lives will never be the same!

This story is set mostly after the events of Conversations in a Canterlot Cafe and builds on the fanon of the series, especially changelings, so you might want to read those stories first for background material.

This story is a sequel to A Different Perspective

Both the House of Path and Herd Path enjoy strong growth in the years following their establishment. Like all such things though, they both have their highlights and lowlights. These are vignettes in the lives of the children of Twilight, Path, Free, & Roseclaw, from foals to young adults.

This is a series of stand-alone stories of events that occur after the events of A Different Perspective, which I strongly recommend that you read first.
My collaborator, AlaskaIsCold, has written some of these and I mostly just edited them.

This story is a sequel to Change of Life

Dandelion is a pegasus filly, Cogs and Lavender's firstborn daughter, and a joy to them both. As a changeling though, Cogs had no experience with raising pony foals, so when a crisis arises, he often has to wing it. Sometimes the solutions are more creative than others, and sometimes the problems are unique. After all, how many fillies have a changeling parent?

This is a series of stories that are sequels to "Change of Life" and takes up after chapter 10 (Foals).

Whirring Cogs had a happy and near ideal life as a mechanic at the Cloudsdale weather factory. He had his best friend, a good social life, a job that he loved, and time to take joy in flying. While he enjoyed socializing with mares, he had no interest in complicating his life with a relationship, and lived contentedly as a single stallion. Then a mad changeling queen dared to make plans to wrest control of Equestria from the alicorn princesses. It's a pity that she was his queen, and Cogs the changeling had his perfect life ruined.

This is a prequel to my story - "Change of Life" - and explores the events that led up to the beginning of that story, before his fateful encounter with Lavender Dreams.
