Every day Twilight Sparkle takes a bus from the big city to her new school in Canterlot, but she has started to notice she somehow caught the eye of a strange man who watches her day after day. Starting to freak out, Twilight confesses to Indigo Zap, who decides to teach Twilight to defend herself if the worst should happen.

The Friendship Games are over. Crystal Prep has failed to trounce CHS, Cinch's manipulation of her best student is out in the open, as is the fact that the principal's actions nearly led to the fabric of the universe being torn apart.

On her way back from one of Pinkie Pie's parties, Applejack was bitten by a strange timberwolf. After that night, the others noticed that Applejack has been acting a little strange. And after pony couple were attacked by a strange pony-like timberwolf, other decide to investigate. It's soon discovered that Applejack has been changed to Timberjack. And the only way to stop her is to enlist the help of a friend of the night...Flutterbat!

She finally decides to pass it on to Sugarcoat, but when she realizes that the isolation improves her test scores, Sugarcoat may be tempted to throw away her new friendships to take over Twilight's vacant position as the smartest student in Crystal Prep Academy.
