All rulers eventually reach a point where they must take a life to save the realm. If a ruler is just, they will never know when it will happen, and will never do it lightly. Still, such actions are necessary. Princess Celestia knows this, and has given this lesson many times.

The bond between teacher and student can span generations and in some cases is passed between them. After Starlight's graduation, Twilight, Starlight and Celestia share a quiet conversation. Through this bond of teacher and student, they are all connected, with many of the same hopes and fears. How will they move forward and can some of these fears be put to rest?

Starlight Glimmer is quitting her job as school counselor to travel Equestria performing magic shows with Trixie. She really wasn't expecting to have such a big going away party, but she's thrilled to see how many people are there to support her. Twilight invites members of the audience to talk about Starlight... and then the fun really begins.
