The ponies that were shouting at Luna were angry. So terribly angry.

For the ponies of Equestria Celestia is a brilliant ruler. An individual shining as bright as the sun itself.
However, on the inside, she carries great tragedy, which surfaces whenever the princess is left alone with her thoughts and always brings a wave of depression with it.

One night, such a wave is interrupted by a filly Twilight knocking on the Princess' door. She had a nightmare.

The student will not be the only one finding comfort in the situation.

Yet, after a great deal of panicking she finally discovers something she certainly wasn't expecting. Stranger still, she might actually have something in common with her new and unusual guest.

After portals to Equestria opened, humans and ponies have migrated to each others' lands. Some aren't sure what to feel, while others welcome the newcomers.

Not all immigrants have happy beginnings in their new homelands. A man driving his truck down the road one rainy night discovers this the hard way a a family of thestrals soaks beneath a dark, cloudy sky.

there is a limit to how much hardship one pony can take before they start breaking. but sometimes, the best help comes in the simplest forms. some comforting words, a tasty treat or two, or a caring hug from a friend.

Nightshine always wanted to leave the orphanage, but she never thought her life would turn out the way it did. Her adventure to earth has left her full of wonder and awe, now she lives in an isolated Amish town that she calls home, She has a loving family and everything she ever wished for when she was an orphan, but when she learns about the outside world, curiosity takes over.

This is a strange Alternate Universe spin-off from the Main Nightshine story and I hope Its enjoyable!
