The Doctor loved to travel. He loved to see the world. But after losing Amy Pond, he had decided to stop doing that. He lived his new life alone in the TARDIS reading books and occasionally heading to Earth to see if there were new books and other stuff he could do.
The TARDIS, however, can't stand sitting still all the time.
The TARDIS decides to activate herself and transport her away from the sky, taking The Doctor with her.
The Doctor tries to stop the process, not wanting anything to do with the worlds anymore, but gets severely injured and regenerates into an... equine?
The Doctor then finds himself in a strange land called Equestria, a place where ponies speak!!!
Now with the help of Twilight Sparkle and her 5 friends, and a bubbly mailmare, they must conquer many new and dangerous enemies as they haunt the land.

The Doctor has spent almost his entire life running, from loss, from despair, from death. But when the TARDIS shields are down and The Doctor is in the epicenter of a black hole and supernova meeting. He is transported to an entirely new universe. A universe inhabited by talking ponies. With the TARDIS seemingly destroyed, and on the brink of regeneration. The Doctor goes on one of his most wild adventures yet.

The Doctor suddenly finds himself in the world of Equestria following his TARDIS accidentally passing through the void. He tries to head back to his universe, but things get complicated when a pegasus named Derpy finds her way into the TARDIS and they end up traveling back to Equestria's distant past.

The Doctor, after 25 regenerations, wishes for a place to call home for his final one. The Tardis goes crazy, throwing his regenerating body around before landing in a mysterious land where he, and most creatures, are talking equines. Derpy tries to calm her nerves as she goes through her first day as a mail mare. When the Doctor meets Derpy, a string of events unfurl, thrusting the unlikely pair into space and time. With the doctor's lack of knowledge in all things Pony and Derpy's clumsy nature, how will the two fair in the wide world of Equestria?

The Doctor has spent his entire life running, and when his life comes close to an end, something happens that allows him to avoid running from Death itself. Thrown into an alternate universe, The Doctor has learned to exceed his regeneration limit and continue as many times as needed. His journeys are just beginning as some old 'friends' are thrown into the alternate universe along with him.

Stumbling out of a crashed TARDIS, the Doctor arrives in Canterlot over a thousand years in the past, and quickly befriends one of the most famous unicorns of the time. At the same time, the Doctor has to recover from a regeneration, and stave off the Weeping Pegasi.

In the aftermath of the Bad Wolf seizing control over the 9th Doctor's body, The Doctor's past self and everypony else involved with the incident in the matrix must look for a way to free the Doctor from the Wolf's corruptive power.

Derpy chooses a remote alien beach first, then Lyra votes to visit a space station far into the future. Beneath the glittering streets and markets of the futuristic city in space lies one of the Doctor's oldest enemies trying to recover from the brink of destruction.

For Lyra's first "proper" trip in the TARDIS, she wanted to see one of Equestria's starships. But as the TARDIS crew lands on the ship, they get a not-so warm welcome. What's worse, a temporal distortion hurtles the starship back in time and out-of-control! With less than a day on their hooves, the crew of the starship and the crew of the TARDIS must work together to get the ship working again, or risk being stuck in the Late Cretaceous with flesh-eating dinosaurs!

When Derpy decides to drop in to visit home, she discovers that she's been gone for longer than she intended, and another young mare expresses interest in joining the TARDIS crew. At the same time, something is very wrong with the mayor of Ponyville as he seeks re-election, as well as other ponies throughout the town. It's up to the Doctor and his two companions to find out!
