The Doctor had left Derpy to take care of something that he worried that Derpy will get hurt on. While they are both broken hearted in leaving. Derpy gives a Pinkie Promise (the ones you HAVE to keep) to wait for the Doctor on a hill where they first met. While the Doctor promises to come back. But they don't expect to be gone for 5 years....

Ditsy Doo or known as Captain D of the royal guard has been stuck in war for 2 and a half years. War that happened when Princess Celestia was killed and Princess Luna got sick and defenses were weakened. It was always up to the Captain now. But when a clot the enters in a blue box comes back the war is suddenly on a new turn. Will the Doctor save Equestria once again? What has happened to Captain D/Derpy? And what will the Doctor do to get her back?

This is my first My Little Pony FanFiction. This is really the only shipping I really support in this show. This IS the Doctor based on the 11th doctor but I am more of a Matt Smith fan then David Tenate. You really don't need to watch Doctor Who to understand this but some jokes will be based off it. I also kinda like to go with things that happened in Doctor Whooves and Assistance from YouTube. So yeah. I hope you enjoy this!

Muffins at the End of the Universe II

Being stranded in a crashed pod, millions of years away from civilisation, with no hope of ever getting back, is starting to have a negative effect on Twilight Sparkle's general well-being. Not helping are Trixie's attempts at mastering a teleportation spell, with varying degrees of success, or Doctor Whooves' latest crazy invention which goes wrong, with horrifying consequences, temporarily elevating Derpy to alicorn status.

But things are about to get a whole lot worse. Derpy is still unable to control her new powers (in spite of Trixie's perfectly faultless teaching) when a familiar enemy reawakens in the form of a giant muffin monster.

The Doctor's eleventh regeneration has given him a new persona and pegasus wings. As his TARDIS lands in a panicked Ponyville, The Doctor must help Twilight Sparkle and her friends investigate why the sky is falling over equestria.

The first episode of an entire season of Doctor Whooves. Episodes will be posted in four chapter segments with a link to the next episode at the end of the fourth chapter.

So Aura, Gaea, Amphitrite and Hestia hand their powers down to the young pegasus mare Rainbow Dash and she will become Iris, spirit of the elements of nature.

But with having to deal with being the new wonderbolt, a curious alicorn close to revealing her identity, three noisy fillies almost getting killed, lying to friends, having a crush on a certain wonderbolt and being Equestria's new hero it ain't going to be easy.

Gilda's trip to Ponyville ended worse than she could have imagined. She didn't exactly leave on the best of terms with her only real pony friend, and a temper tantrum on the outskirts of the Everfree leaves her with an even bigger problem than that.

Along, the way Flutts gains new friends in the form of old companions who help to find her place when travelling with The Doctor. The Doctor, Is forced to show a more tender side of himself in the sensitive pony's company. He must heal from his past scars while running from his past sins and also brace himself for the uncertainty that the future holds.

A story following the first adventure of the 13th doctor in Equestria (14th if you include John Hurt). It is set pre Alicorn Twilight. The story is about the Doctor coping with loss and discovering who he is with the help of Twilight sparkle while helping the citizens of Ponyville fend off an old enemy that has followed him to Equestria.

The Doctor has saved the Universe from destruction for over 900 years. He's regenerated after defeat, but despite his enemies best efforts, he's returned, changed in appearance. A Time Lord victory. But now, after visiting an alien world with a dark past, he may lose everything he cared about. The Earth, his companions, and his last chance to return to Gallifrey.
