The main crew, the Dazzlings, the Shadowbolts, and others all get invited to the CHS yearly dance. Everyone is there for about the same reason, but as the night goes on, their reasons change.

Each chapter focuses on a new set of people. Every chapter is about the same party, just from different view points.

Basically, find a couple you like and read about what they do, or try reading new ones, or read all of it...it's up to you.

Everyone told Sweetie Belle that Adagio was manipulative, dangerous, and willing to make others suffer to further her own agenda. But they also all agreed her voice had been magnificent.

Sweetie Belle has lots of great friendship role models already. What she really needs is a singing teacher.

In some fashion or another, Adagio has always had the gift of sound in her life, either by her own musical talent or from the constant babbling of her cohorts. When that gift is suddenly torn away from her soul, she is forced to reconcile debates in her mind previously concealed by the music she once possessed.

Fleeing from her problems is one thing, but having to deal with those issues tormenting her conscious directly is quite another.

Sunset has a little accident involving her bike and the Dazzlings, some get hurt, some insults are thrown and someone threatens a lawsuit.

Comedy ensues.

Sonata realizes that she may have a crush on Sunset. Not exactly knowing how to deal with her new found feelings, she asks Adagio and Aria for help, which probably wasn't the best idea.

After the battle of the bands adagio reliazes that she likes sunset shimmer not as a friend as a girl friend and trying to hide these emotions from her is hard!adagio realizes that if she wants to be with sunset she has to disconnect from her evil ways

The Dazzlings needed money, and since Sonata was too dumb and Aria was too lazy, it fell on Adagio's shoulders to keep a roof over her their heads.
