Not long ago, a strange creature named Anon wandered into Maretime Bay. It was clear from the get-go that he needed some help, but not everypony was immediately accepting of the strange creature. So, it fell to Sunny Starscout and her friends to look after the new arrival.

...At least, that was what they thought. When their backs were turned, Anon made an unlikely friend, and she was the last pony they expected to see him with. Posey Bloom isn't exactly known for getting along with others.

And yet, she adores him.

Violet Frost now leads Starlight Ridge. Having reclaimed her peaceful hometown from the evil snow leopard Allura, she vows prove herself as the leader that her fellow ponies deserve. However, she is unsure if she’s ready for all the responsibilities that entails and following another uneventful day, she runs off into the snow-capped forest to reflect on what exactly the position truly means to her…

You aren’t really sure what happened last night—all you know is that you’ve woken up in a bed that isn’t yours, and you’re pressed up against something very warm, and very fluffy… that just moved?

…Oh boy.

It's been a long while since you've come to Equestria. You've made good friends with Sunny and her six friends so far while everypony else seemed to tolerate you for the most part. But Zipp was always the one pony you hung out with the most.

However, when you and she go down to Maretime Bay's beach and watch the sunset after a long day of chilling in the water, she asks you something that would lead to something you'd never expect.

All of Equestria is united in celebration for the return of their beloved Princess Nightmare Moon. But when Celestia and everypony else recieve her she's skeletally starved, filthy, and very nearly dead. Meanwhile, while everypony's eye is turned, a lusty Blueblood pursues Twilight Sparkle, intent on adding her bloodline to his own so his family might step closer to godhood. (Alternate Universe, there never was a Princess Luna)

Damned if Anon knew why he was assigned a caretaker, considering he was a grown-ass man, but that's exactly what the Princesses had done after he arrived in Equestria. Aside from the deluded, motherly nut-job that looked after himself, his life was pretty normal. He worked a job, he had bills to pay, and he did his best to find a place for himself - regrettably and much to his continued misery, his mom™ always found a way to complicate matters.

As you pull it out of the box, you see that there's a design of a pony-- a mare-- printed on either side. She's blue-"furred", with a lilac mane and tail, falling down her back in waves. She stared up at the ceiling with blue-iris eyes. Then you realize it. An image of a mare-- sewn into a pillow-- one as tall as you are. Of course. This is a dakimakura. And a darn well-made one at that; the pony printed on its faces is amazingly lifelike.

Then it speaks.
