After the first night of celebration in Ponyville, Spike woke up to find himself as his pony caretaker, Twilight Sparkle. To add to his shock, the original Spike still acted like the dragon himself. Who was he then?

Facing with such a bizarre occurrence, the now-pony decided to go about fixing it alone, and trotted down a path of unknown.

Twilight is practicing her latest spell; one that let's her read the minds of other ponies!

She asks Pinkie to help, since nothing could possibly go wrong. I mean, it's not like Twilight could mess up the spell, causing Pinkie's mental patterns and memories to infect Twilight's mind; that would just be silly! And even if that did happen, Pinkie would help her friend reverse the effects.

...Wouldn't she?

She now has to endure being babied by Princess Celestia and endure the humiliation as she thinks about how her mentor has to constantly save her rump over the years since staying in Ponyville. Crust Toppings is a pizza deliverer and he hates his work, as fortune would have it however, one of his deliveries takes him close to Shady Grove, the town of lamias and it just so happens that the mare he's delivering too is in need of somepony to care for her house and it's not like he can say no considering what he has to go back to.

Twilight Sparkle is ready for a nice evening with Moon Dancer to help restore their friendship. However, the pair quickly gets sidetracked when Moon Dancer demonstrates a lamia transformation spell that leaves her feeling a little predatory, and Twilight is in for an evening filled with enchantment. Of course, Moon Dancer isn't entertaining her for free, and together they'll go on a psychological adventure that will reveal things about these two mares that they didn't even know about themselves.

Poor Trixie can't get a break. In between stops on her Humble and Penitent Equestrian Apology Tour, her cart breaks down in the middle of a dangerous forest. Unfortunately for her, she is happened upon by a petulant python that seems to have a love for magic tricks. However, the giant snake has a few 'tricks' of her own, which she's happy to show to Trixie. In "teaching" Trixie, the snake begins to make some rather odd suggestions, that Trixie seems to weirdly agree with. What dastardly plan could this serpent possibly be hatching?
