Sunset Shimmer was an orphan the day before. Now she isn't. Now she has a home and a good mommy to make her smile. So begins her day and she hopes the rest of them after.

As Midnight Sparkle began to tear holes in reality in her mad desire to understand magic, one portal opens up to Canterlot, and unnoticed by Sunset Shimmer, Princess Celestia watched on. Watching her once power obsessed student become a hero.

Now an amnesic Sunset Shimmer is alive in the human world, not knowing what her goal in life is or where's she from. The question is: Is this a good thing or will she still become a demon anyways?
