This story from long ago about Trixie and Sweetie Belle being exiled to a shit worm dimension and becoming gods is weird as fuck. I highly recommend it. So do Regidar and Fiddlebottoms, which should tell you something.

Don't hate the player, hate the game
From my own portfolio, Grab the Brush and Friendship Space were intentionally weird. Your Waifu Doing Hurtful Things to You is also esoteric, but not for everyone.
But overall, just about any of yours takes the cake. Love 'em.

Oh Twilight Sparkle Gets a Free Salad is the ur example, the master class, the prototypical MLP random comedy. I admire it greatly. I'll have to check out the others, although I recall Bon Bon Bon Bon Bon Bon being actually a horror story in disguise?
I'd actually go with Pinkie Watches Paint Dry, because it is frankly the most You-Have-To-Be-Kidding title and it's exactly what it says on the tin.

I don't think any of those authors has written the strangest story I ever read, but I can't remember what it is, so. :B

Twilight Sparkle Gets A Free Salad is a delight, and leads the reader into complete weirdness one logical step at a time.
There's a wonderful group called Weird Ideas Done Seriously that is a treasure trove for bizarre stories.
I don't think I have any stories that aren't really friggin' weird 🤔

I wish I could recommend a lot of my stuff, but I don't feel like most of it qualifies enough to actually recommend it. If I had to pick one, maybe this one.

Sunshine Smiles wrote some of the best weird stuff, but then he experienced commit die and his works are no more.
There is still this reading (by Pascal, in fact) of "The Music of Gnarl-Gnarth," though.
"Nothing More" was very weird and can be found in the usual archive spots.
A Day at the Brony Convention by Horselover Fats is very odd.
A list of weird stories would not be complete without mentioning what is possibly the earliest shitfic, The Spiderses.
Though, a more serious fic that I would consider weird would be Voyage of the Equinox, mainly because of the unusual strawpoll method of writing it.
