After considering Moonwhisper's personality, Pinkie Pie comes to the realization that he shares all of the personality traits of a Hearth's Warming-hating holiday villain. As such, Pinkie has decided that its up to her to convince Moonwhisper to embrace the joy and magic of the holiday, and Pinkie Pie isn't going to let anything stop her from doing so. No matter how many setbacks she encounters, no matter how her friends try and stop her, no matter how many times Moonwhisper tells her that he already likes Hearth's Warming, Pinkie Pie will save the holiday.

After a chance encounter on a train to Trottingham, a vacationing Fluttershy finds herself mistaken for the mysterious La Mariposa, a notorious mercenary master-of-disguise. As a result, Fluttershy is drawn into a world of secret agents, murderous henchponies, and monologuing villains.

Fluttershy, however, has absolutely no idea what's going on.

With Spike having become an adult, Canterlot now plays host to dozens of mares from the the Crystal Empire set on attracting his attention. Rarity, faced with the prospect of having real potential competition for Spike's heart, is forced to confront her own long-developing feelings for Spike, and the question as to whether Spike still feels the same way about her. Meanwhile, Spike decides that the time has finally come for him to tell Rarity how he's felt about her and finally put the question of their relationship to rest, one way or another.

With both ready to confront their feelings towards each other, the question becomes, what could possibly go wrong?

Moonwhisper receives an unexpected letter from his grandfather, who he had believed had been dead since before he was born. Though Moonwhisper initially wants to ignore the letter as a hoax, Twilight insists that they investigate and the pair travel to Cowcutta to learn the truth of the matter.

These days, Rarity is one of the most successful designers in Equestria, but that wasn't always the case. It wasn't all that long ago that Rarity was just starting out, a largely unknown up-and-comer...who somehow had been able to open her own boutique.
One day, while visiting their friend, Applejack and Fluttershy overhear an argument that threatens to reveal the secret as to how Rarity managed to afford to open Carousel Boutique, a secret she had hoped would never see the light of day.

It was with a largely collective sigh of relief when he abruptly vanished about a year prior to Twilight's arrival.

And now he's back.

Eager to learn more about Grogar's plans, and to guard against any potential betrayals, Cozy Glow, Chrysalis and Tirek sneak down to Grogar's cave and eavesdrop as he performs a dark ritual to contact a monstrosity beyond the bounds of reality and sanity.

One evening while Granny Smith sits and enjoys the sunset, she finds herself paid a visit by Grand Pear. The Pear patriarch wants to thank Granny for being the better pony and taking such good care of his daughter, but Granny Smith doesn't feel she deserves such praise.

Both are romantically tied to an alicorn princess. And, strangely, both were completely absent during the Storm King's invasion of Canterlot. In Equestria's hour of need, where had these stallions gone?
