Oops, you asked me to look this over a couple days back and I let it get lost in the shuffle of things. Sorry about that.
Still, you seem to have done a fine job without my heavy handed critique... well, save one minor detail perhaps. It seems oddly irresponsible to me that Cheerilee would be the one to rush out when the afternoon bell rang, leaving her students unattended in the school house, no matter how embarrassed she might be. It strikes me that it would have been better for the class, to simply temporarily forget their interrogations when the bell rang and go rushing out the door themselves as children are want to do, save maybe a select few that might try to press the matter before Cheerilee more pointedly dismisses them. Then perhaps any impromptu meeting to resolve the issue could take place on maybe the playground, or merely as the various groups of students started their walks home, in one of those montage like sequences where the scene cuts between multiple characters in different location delivering single lines of dialogue in manner that still conveys to the audience
(such as in the real show how the M6 all separately resolved to make the gala the best night ever)

Overall though, a good start to what should be a zany ride. I especially love the way Cheerilee was so casually using her ticket to the most prestigious and important event in all of Equestria as a mere bookmark.

Good to see that Cheerilee, like all teachers, has access to the voice. Luckily she only uses it for good, mostly.

That was a really sweet discussion between Scootaloo and Silver Spoon. I love how Silver Spoon isn't being irrationally jealous - she seems to be happy enough that Diamond Tiara and Scootaloo are spending time together, but the evidence actually suggests that Scootaloo is crowding Silver Spoon out of their relationship. She doesn't even want to split them up, she'll settle for them talking about it sensibly. I like it.
Also, Scootaloo and her mother. And some kind of noodle incident with Rarity and Cheerilee. Excellent!

Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon actively conspiring along side Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo to find Cheerilee a date? DT's crush on Scoots, crowding out her friendship with Silver Spoon? I hate to say it, but I sort of feel like this whole Scootiara thing might be getting out of hand. It was one thing when it was pretty much all in DT's head, while for all the rest of the world to see she was every bit the pretentiously shallow bully her M! counterpart seems to be, now though... well, it's all starting to warp her character into an unrecognizable form.
That said, I'm willing to wait and see exactly where you're going with this at the moment, but my confidence is more than a wee bit shaky.
