Either Bon Bon or Rose. This comment will be for Bon Bon, so anyone who wants Bon Bon, tick this one. I'll make a separate comment for Rose so people can decide which, if either, idea they like. I'll also be outlining my own idea of how things could play out, but by no means should you feel obligated to use them. That said...
For Bon Bon I'd imagine her secretly watching over the Elements of Harmony as Sweetie Drops despite being officially retired, and an initial accusation of taking advantage of their goodwill turns to an awkward sense of understanding quickly replaced by the beginning of the same uncontrollable lust that RD previously had when she smells his musk.
As said before, here's my separate entry for Rose. Like I said, tick this one if you vote for her.
For Rose I'd imagine the flower sisters just going on a stroll through the woods and Rose, commonly characterized as the 'bravest' of the sisters (relatively speaking), is voluntold to check out the source of the voices and sounds they hear, stumbling upon the scene and having fallen victim to the musk by the time Anon utters the last line of this first chapter.
Sequel with the new arrival?
Pinkie Pie. During her work at Sugercube Corner, her Pinkie Scene activated giving her a dozzy. This dozzy told her something was happening in Whitetail Woods, and she immediately rushed over to see what in Equestria is going on. After looking around she finds both Anon and Rainbow Dash in this situation and wanted what Anon just did to Rainbow.
My choice would be Lyra.

Just looking at the title to this clopfic makes me wonder why nopony else has not written such an idea before. The fact is that Humans DO sweat, and sweat is salty, which would instantly draw the attentions of many creatures, mostly ponies and cows. I know from experience that this is quite true (save the lewd part, which is entirely fiction)
Twilight, after that conversation at the café, decided that she wanted to do more for the poor lad, so she went off after them, hoping to share some tips with him from the book she used for the running of the leaves.

I'm not normally into musk, but this is hot! I can totally imagine Twilight or Applejack coming to check on their friends because they were taking too long at the turnaround point.
Basically, what I meant from my earlier comment was that Humans are a natural walking salt lick. And most larger creatures as hoses or cows, love a good salt lick whenever to enjoy. I know, because once I was sweaty near a cow, and she approached me only to give me a through licking of my cheek, then wanted more, following me with determination until I was beyond her and over the fence where she could not get to me.
Yeah, I did read this and found it quite hot. I'm always up for some great Dashie clop. The action was rather nicely written and enough to please my pony kink. And that one line, where Anon was saying just how good pony plot is, well, that was icing on the cake for me.
Do I have a choice for the next encounter? Not to wuss out, but any of them, Luna being plowed is just as good as Trixie, or even Chrissy. Perhaps even Ember. I mean, dragon plot should be just as good as pony plot, right? By that idea, you could also add some Gilda scene. In other words, don't get this old brony started with things of that nature...
