How about a scene with Fluttershy? She's supposed to be an expert on woodland creatures, so she might try to "help" Anon, only to "help" herself? Perhaps Twilight could be the one to recommend Anon to Fluttershy. And, since you mentioned Anon having two mares, maybe Twilight could get some, too?
Maybe a Spa Date with Fluttershy and Rarity to try to clean off, since the nurse confirmed Anon's suspicions (kind of)... only to come to a head in the sauna room
